I went into Triple Session with high expectations, and it’s delivered ROI well beyond what I anticipated. As a TS partner & the leader of the sales org, I feel like I’ve regained both control and confidence. We’re driving higher productivity per rep, identifying risk earlier, and building a culture of continuous learning and training in a way we never have before. Both internally and at clients.

Nothing to speak of right now. Support from the team has been great, given the few questions we have had.

**What problems is Triple Session solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From both a partner and a user, Triple Session has been one of the most impactful additions to how we build and operate sales systems at Monarch. This comes from a company that focuses on reducing tech bloat.

As a user, it’s given us something most sales orgs lack: real visibility and control over what’s actually happening in conversations. We’ve seen clear improvements in rep productivity, earlier identification of deal risk, and a much stronger, more consistent coaching culture across the team.

As a partner, it fits seamlessly into how we think about Revenue Architecture. It doesn’t just add call insights, it makes the sales process enforceable, inspectable, and scalable. It bridges the gap between playbook and execution in a way most tools don’t.

Call scoring and summarizing groups of calls. The call scoring provides instant feedback to the IC and quickly informs leadership.

**What do you dislike about Triple Session?**

While Triple Session has been valuable, there are a few areas that could be improved.

Context awareness for Customer Success workflows: A lot of the built-in prompts and coaching insights are still heavily geared toward sales conversations. As a Customer Success team, our goals are different focused on adoption, value realization, and retention so some outputs require additional customization to be fully relevant.

Customization and flexibility: While prompts can be tailored, it takes upfront effort to align them with internal frameworks Ive created.   A more native ability to map insights directly to CS frameworks would make adoption even smoother.

Post-call workflow integration: The summaries and outputs are strong, but there’s still some manual effort required to translate those into tools like HubSpot or internal playbooks. Deeper integrations or automation here would significantly improve efficiency.

Overall, the product is strong, but there’s an opportunity to better align it with Customer Success use cases and make insights more targeted, actionable, and integrated into existing workflows.

Triple Session is helping solve the gap between customer conversations and consistent, scalable execution across the Customer Success team.

Today, a lot of insight from calls lives in recordings or individual notes, which makes it difficult to standardize best practices, coach effectively, and ensure follow-through on key customer actions. Triple Session addresses this by capturing, structuring, and analyzing conversations in real time.

The recurring updates and improvements focused on the end user, mainly because they generate value for analysts, managers, and heads of departments by providing strategic information.

**What do you dislike about Triple Session?**

The user needs to define which learning path they want to follow. This should be able to be defined by the manager (admin) correlated to the user's role in order to correlate it with each individual's Individual Development Plan (IDP).

Integration with Qulture Rock or another HR app would be extremely helpful, as it would provide evidence that the user has progressed through the learning path and evidence of improvement (through grades), which would justify or not a promotion.

Uniformity in the execution of what is expected to happen in each type of customer interaction throughout the entire journey and across all departments.

**What do you like best about Triple Session?**

I use Triple Session for meetings and daily GTM training and coaching, and it really helps me as a leader in filling gaps from a policing and training standpoint. I like that it allows me to be in more places at once metaphorically and makes my 1:1s much easier. The reps appreciate having a system that helps coach them on everything sales related, with calls, meetings, and training all in one place. It's super easy to use. I love the AI reports, coaching on meetings and reps, and the tailored coaching plans based on rep performance. As a manager, I have to cover a lot of employees and topics, and Triple Session simplifies coaching by breaking down processes like creating scorecards and summaries tailored to my organization's sales process. The team is small but very good, super friendly, and helpful. Matt is always willing to help with setting up call SaaS or answering sales coaching questions. Their training product is the best I have seen, and it integrates well with Hubspot.

**What do you like best about Triple Session?**

For our use case, the scorecards were instrumental in helping us coach reps, pinpoint where our gaps were, and surface client insights. I also appreciated that they could be used “off the shelf” or fully customized, and that the scorecards could learn over time. That flexibility supported continuous improvement for our team.

I am eager to have a more robust Admin portal to be able to login as a user to help with setup, etc. Currently this is limited to the Triple Session team, but know it is on the roadmap for future state.

Transitioning from founder-led selling to a dedicated sales team, especially while staying lean, means you’re pulled in every direction and need to surface valuable insights quickly so you know where to focus your coaching time. **What do you like best about Triple Session?**

I’ve tested many AI coaching platforms, and Triple Session sets the highest standard when it comes to coaching points, sales-call summarization, displaying data over time, and the ability to ask AI questions. The AI coaching tool is spot-on at providing sales solutions and feedback when I ask questions. It genuinely feels like an extension of a sales manager’s mind, able to give agents immediate answers to sales questions. That level of intelligence is what sets Triple Session apart from any other platform I’ve tried.

**What do you dislike about Triple Session?**

Triple Session is advanced in many ways; however, there are a few logistical details within the dashboard that have needed to be ironed out over time. They’re very small issues, mostly related to how the data filters are used. That said, I’ve been able to rely on Triple Session’s support team to address them, and they typically get resolved quickly—within 12 hours at the longest. I’m sure other things will pop up, but even so, it’s reassuring to know I can get an urgent response if needed.

It has streamlined coaching for my sales team quickly. Rather than a sales manager having to listen to an entire call, it provides instant feedback to an agent immediately after the call. It also lets sales coaches spend less time reviewing calls just to deliver their own feedback, which frees up their schedules and helps them work more efficiently.

I believe that the usability of the tool is very good, and their follow-up process was also very nice. The people who handled the matter with us conducted it very well and have been closely monitoring our results. The usability facilitates access to the necessary information without much difficulty, which was very important for the start of the setup. They were very close to our team to help with the creation and training of the team, as well as to clarify doubts and get the platform ready for our work.

Today, I thought, maybe the only thing I would add is a feature that, in addition to analyzing recorded meetings, could also analyze what the salespeople are discussing on WhatsApp. To know in this other communication channel how the sales team's performance is.

I love that Triple Session helps with an AI coach. It helps me organize my entire pipeline and helps me forecast for my deals. It also is such a big help when having forecasting meetings with my manager. When working deals. The AI is so intelligent. Their customer support is also quite easy to get in touch with and they are all very nice. I use it pretty often when I am working on deals and need to understand my wins and areas for improvement.

I just wish they had a mobile app. If they had a mobile app my life would be made and I think I would use it more often because it is easy to use.

As a newer AE I am so busy learning about our product and I need a lot of help understanding ho wI can improve as a newer seller and Triple Session makes that super easy. I think the platform is easy to use and I like that there is low commitment to finishing a task or getting on the leaderboard. I also like that I can see what my teammates are doing and how they are improving. The biggest help is the AI coach and how it transforms my calls into easy to understand MEDDIC. I can easily reference Triple session on forecasting calls with my manager and it makes our meeting s go by much. more efficiently.

This is very useful as a training tool for reps with all levels of experience, but especially for new hires. Very useful as a checklist for discovery calls and for follow up calls along the way. I use it on a daily basis.

As expected, the AI isn't perfect yet and at times it misses on its inferences from your conversations that it records.

**What problems is Triple Session solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is the benefit of another note taker, with the added twist that it can take your sales methodology (for example, MEDDIC) and categorize the notes to see if the salesperson was able to properly identify the most important information on any given call. It is a wonderful opportunity to coach less experienced representatives.

Being able to log sales calls or connect to HubSpot to receive practical sales advice that can be applied the same day not only boosts confidence by providing clarity on what to do but also leads to better conversations with leads.

Some of the sales training becomes very theory-heavy, and the quizzes can feel a bit confusing, but that happens rarely.

I've invested thousands in sales training, and this is a fraction of the price. I can get real-time coaching anytime I need it based on my last call. It's perfect if you have some experience in sales. If you're a beginner, it might be hard to understand the feedback without experience or a sales framework, or if you're just reading from a script.
