It's fairly easy to message people once they've been added as a favorite. I also appreciate that there is an app where I can easily access it by phone when I am in transit. Overall all it's just ok. It's very basic. Zero bells and whistles, but it provides a way to communicate that is quicker than email. In that regard it meets expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel the technology and interface is antequated by comparison to other instant messaging applications. Trillian is not intuitive. I still find it challenging to try and add people to my contacts. And being able to simply acknowledge someone's message with an emoji instead of necessitating a full reply would also be preferable. Overall all it's ok. It's very basic. Zero bells and whistles, but it provides a way to communicate that is quicker than email. In that regard it meets expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
