**What do you like best about Tridge?**

The ambition. The idea. The promise.
If Tridge delivered everything it advertises, it would be an impressive platform. The concept of combining procurement operations with live market intelligence is strong.

**What do you dislike about Tridge?**

Where to begin politely?

Several key modules — especially Tridge Eye / Eye Suite — feel incomplete or still in beta despite being marketed as mature tools. That mismatch creates unrealistic expectations for users.

But what concerned me most was not the software itself; it was the company behind it.

There are internal operational issues, delayed obligations, and communication gaps that raise questions about stability and long-term reliability. When a company struggles to fulfill commitments with its own teams and contractors, it’s hard to feel confident in its ability to support external clients consistently.

This directly affects turnaround times, data accuracy, and overall trust.

In other words: the product is only as dependable as the organization behind it.

**Recommendations to others considering Tridge:**

Evaluate the platform carefully, and don’t rely solely on marketing materials — some features look more polished in slides than in real usage. Also keep in mind that internal instability can spill into the customer experience, so build redundancy into your workflows if you plan to depend on Tridge for critical decisions.

In short: interesting tool, but go in with eyes open.

**What problems is Tridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tridge aims to solve the problem of fragmented agricultural data by offering a centralized platform for global market insights. In practice, the benefits depend heavily on which features happen to be functional at a given time. Some data points are useful; others feel like placeholders waiting for the product to catch up to the pitch deck.
