Where to begin politely?
Several key modules — especially Tridge Eye / Eye Suite — feel incomplete or still in beta despite being marketed as mature tools. That mismatch creates unrealistic expectations for users.
But what concerned me most was not the software itself; it was the company behind it.
There are internal operational issues, delayed obligations, and communication gaps that raise questions about stability and long-term reliability. When a company struggles to fulfill commitments with its own teams and contractors, it’s hard to feel confident in its ability to support external clients consistently.
This directly affects turnaround times, data accuracy, and overall trust.
