I used Raiz to implement our new accounting system, and they got us live in three weeks, which was very fast. They knew accounting principles and the software well, and took time to understand my business and historical QuickBooks records. That made it easier to move the data, set things up for success, and reconcile the numbers. They were hands-on, communicative, easy to reach, and worked quickly at the same pace I needed. They helped with my first close and were available by email, phone, or quick Zoom calls, while also working independently and asynchronously when helpful. They continue to proactively help me adopt the changing software and support my operations and small team.
