I really like how Trellus - Real-time cold call AI assistant can essentially just have a pop out in my CRM, so I can still live inside my CRM with the dialer on the side instead of having to open up an entirely new window. I think the pop out parallel dialer works really, really well. I like how I can call up to five numbers at one time, and I also like how I can set locations from my phone number as close as possible to my prospect. It integrates well with HubSpot. I wouldn't say there are any major dislikes, but there are a few improvements I would recommend.

Firstly, it would be helpful if users could name their lists or campaigns within the platform rather than having to identify them by number. This would make it much easier to manage and track multiple campaigns.

Secondly, the callback feature could be improved. While the notifications are useful, you still need to spend time finding the person who called you back. A more direct way of accessing callback records would make the process more efficient.

The AI call tracking is a great feature overall, but I have noticed that it can sometimes misclassify the outcome of a call. For example, if a prospect initially gives a brush off objection but the conversation is turned around and results in a meeting being booked or a follow up being arranged, the AI may still classify the call as a brush off rather than recognising the final outcome. This could potentially be user error on my part, but it is something I have noticed and feel could be improved.

I appreciate how it allows me to simulate calls using its practice and training features, and I love that it can pop up training tips mid-call for my BDRs. The parallel dialing feature is fantastic, letting my team call a lot more without needing to use another app since it integrates perfectly with our HubSpot, leading to a great productivity gain. I find it to be much more affordable than big apps like Nooks and Orum, yet just as effective, if not better, since I can work directly out of my CRM. The fact that Trellus does monthly billing is a big winner for us. The effortless integration with multiple CRMs is also a big plus for me because I use one CRM per client. It's awesome because it allows me to call up to five people at the same time, although I typically use the two-person function due to good connection rates in the UK. It's a super efficient dialer that manages all my reporting for me and provides per person seating plans, which is very helpful as a solo user. The setup was absolutely seamless and very easy. Sometimes the bridge time could be a little bit better. Occasionally, integration with different CRMs fails, but I can usually refresh and get it working eventually. I like how Trellus integrates seamlessly on top of Salesforce without needing a Salesforce admin to set up an integration. It lets me slide through tasks incredibly quickly, and I appreciate the summaries, AI coaching, and the adjusted email responses written after each call. I really like not having to set up another platform; it just sits on top of Salesforce. The setup with Trellus was great, and any hiccups I experienced were related to my Salesforce instance, not Trellus itself. I use it with both Salesforce and Clay and love starting calls directly from Google Sheets and Clay rather than waiting to get all my leads into Salesforce. I did like how Nooks provided smart lists such as the ability to call people that didn't pick up in the morning, which is missing in Trellus.
