For example, it often tells me to provide "concrete examples", while I did already do that. **What problems is Treams solving and how is that benefiting you?** Within our company, Treams is used for the yearly feedback cycle of employees. It is used to ask and provide feedback, make meeting appointments, and write down notes/agreements made in these appointments. My experience is that it is streamlined process. ### 2. It really helps employees to set goals, but above all to keep them active.It obliges you to be aware of it and to stay in touch with your manager.
