  ### 1. Straight to the point tool for getting and receiving feedback

**What do you like best about Treams?**

- The UI is clear and clean
- Works as expected
- Positive approach
- No accidental sending or losing of data (drafts of feedback are saved)
- Compliments feature
- Quite flexible

**What do you dislike about Treams?**

- There are some typos in the UI.
- Using AI to improve answers, while it is a nice feature to have in theory, is not very useful. For example, it often tells me to provide "concrete examples", while I did already do that.

**What problems is Treams solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Within our company, Treams is used for the yearly feedback cycle of employees. It is used to ask and provide feedback, make meeting appointments, and write down notes/agreements made in these appointments.
My experience is that it is streamlined process.

**What do you like best about Treams?**

The system works simply. It really helps employees to set goals, but above all to keep them active.It obliges you to be aware of it and to stay in touch with your manager. This is a positive development for our organization.

**What do you dislike about Treams?**

So far I have no comments that I experience as less. The reminders in your mailbox are not always welcome, but that is more of its own problem because you have to get used to using it and doing so.

No problems at the moment.

Sometimes, control questions are required for items where this is not possible, resulting in an interaction loopp

**What do you like best about Treams?**

Simplicity of use. Setting goals, feedback, and conversations with the manager. This gives an opportunity to track the progress over a whole year.

**What do you dislike about Treams?**

Most of the time we have to make our own templates for feedback. It would be wonderful if there are already a lot of templates based on the job positions so that the progress is automated.

Treams helps to track the progress of the engineers/managers

The simplicity of it all. I don't have to learn a new language to be able to interact with it. It's very straight forward and easy to work with. If you feel the need to edit something later on or add additional information, you can do that with ease.

Nothing comes to mind. I enjoy it just the way it is

Saves time by making the questions asked valid, direct and beneficial to all parties taking part in the evaluation.

**What do you like best about Treams?**

Haven't been working with Treams for a long time, but so far it has been a very intuitive experience and it's very easy to reach out to the Treams team for help. It also creates a 'safe space' for giving compliments and/or feedback.

**What do you dislike about Treams?**

It looks good, works good... so I'm sorry but I can't think of any.

**What problems is Treams solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In using Treams it becomes a lot easier to integrate the yearly HR cyclus in your planning.

Treams is one place where you can find everything on goals, company, dept, team members and myself. It is easy to track, change, discuss and a good tool to ask for feedback.

**What do you dislike about Treams?**

I had some remarks on the initial way the notes worked but because of their agile way of picking up issues, it now is solved.

At first we had company goals in excel and the yearly review in Word. It now is all combined, one format.

Contact with the creators is good and fast. The platform has a lot of potential and is flexible enough to adapt.

It's sometimes still a bit unclear. It could be better aligned here and there. It would be nice if reminders worked better.

Treams helps me to monitor and adjust my team. This way, we keep a grip on the personal developments of the team and can focus on other matters besides just the substantive ones.

There is no downside. Treams is very open for feedback and constant learning.

It's very easy to couple your personal goals to organization or team goals. Setting subgoals and keeping track is also very easy.

Everything is clear; if you choose a class, webinair or workshop, you have al the information you need in one click.

We just started working with Treams so personally, I haven't got so much experience with it yet. The feedback I get from my colleagues is really good.

I hope, I never need to ask Treams for help but as far as I know they're extremely helpfull.

We have already used several tools for  conversations and providing feedback. It was always very difficult to get my employees excited about giving feedback. With Treams I finally notice a difference. Employees are motivated and started giving feedback. We have only just started but are already seeing results. I look forward to using it more often.

I'm looking forward to the skills and skills gap functionality. Its a bummer it's only going live next year.

Clearer menu. I personally would use colors and more readable icons to distinguish the menu.
