It's dated, but just useful enough. **What do you dislike about Traveling Mailbox?** The customer service is fast, but ineffective. I had problems using the address. The box number is like a PO box and doesn't always work with companies. Ultimately I wasn't able to use the address for everything. I asked for a scan in December and they charged me for it in January. My request was not in January, so this is annoying. This policy was never explained anywhere while signing up. **Recommendations to others considering Traveling Mailbox:** Use another provider. It's useful as long as you don't actually need it or any interaction with customer service. **What problems is Traveling Mailbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a digital mailbox with scanning. ### 2. It's just a place I can quickly log in to check my mail. Faster than walking down the driveway to check a real mailbox. **What do you dislike about Traveling Mailbox?** Unrelenting invoice notifications that are charged to your account without prior notice. You'll rack up (small but) frequent overages if you're not careful. **What problems is Traveling Mailbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can rely on mail while traveling. I don't have to me in any one spot to "do mail" anymore. ### 3.
