**What do you like best about Neo?**

Implementation and time to value are short timeframes. The training was minimal and our agents picked up using NEO immediatley for their day to day work.

**What do you dislike about Neo?**

At present NEO does not run scripts and make changes directly to resolve problems. Howevr this is in the pipeline for a future release

**What problems is Neo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Neo leverages our past historical ticket base as a Knowledge base to solve problems. Staff turnover and losing tribal knowledge is a probelm we try and address every day. Having access to the source actions and resolutions successfully made in the past is an excellent resource!
