**What do you like best about Transket?**

Before using Transket, we relied on Google Forms to collect customer information for insurance inquiries. While it worked for basic lead collection, it wasn't an efficient way to qualify prospects, and our team had to spend extra time reviewing responses before reaching out. As our lead volume grew, this manual process became increasingly time-consuming.
After switching to Transket, the biggest improvement has been the Pre-Qualification AI Bot and WhatsApp Flows. Instead of sending customers to a separate form, leads can interact directly through WhatsApp, answer qualifying questions, and be guided through the process automatically. This has made customer communication much smoother and helped us identify qualified leads much faster without the manual back-and-forth.
One feature I genuinely appreciate is how the platform simplifies the entire qualification workflow within WhatsApp. It saves our team valuable time and allows us to focus on meaningful conversations with prospects who are already pre-qualified.
After using Transket for the past two months, it has become a useful part of our customer engagement process. Overall, my experience with Transket has been positive, and I haven't encountered any major issues. If I had one suggestion, it would be to continue expanding its AI capabilities. Features such as more advanced Agentic AI Bots that can handle more complex customer conversations and workflows would make the platform even more valuable, especially for businesses that receive a high volume of customer inquiries.
The platform already solves our current needs well, and additional AI-driven automation would make it even stronger in the future.

**What do you like best about Transket?**

As a catering business founder, one of the biggest challenges I faced was keeping customer communication organized while managing multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and event-related conversations. Transket helped simplify this process by giving me a better way to manage customer engagement through WhatsApp.

The feature I value the most is the consent management dashboard. For my business, customer trust and permission-based communication are very important, and having visibility into customer consent makes managing WhatsApp communication much easier and more structured.

I also use Transket’s AI agents to automate parts of my workflow, which helps me respond to customers faster instead of manually handling every interaction. This has improved my first response time and helped me identify more qualified leads because customers receive timely replies when they are interested in booking catering services.

Another feature I find useful is using QR codes during catering events to collect customer reviews and feedback. It creates an easy way for guests to share their experience while the interaction is still fresh.

Overall, Transket has helped me make customer communication faster, more organized, and easier to manage as a growing catering business.

**What do you dislike about Transket?**

The only area where I feel Transket could improve is making the onboarding and setup process even smoother. While the initial setup is a one-time process and was manageable, simplifying the first-time experience could help new users get started even faster.

I would also love to see more AI-powered features added in the future, such as an AI template generator and AI flow generator. These additions could make it even easier for businesses to create customer journeys, automate responses, and build WhatsApp engagement workflows without spending much time creating them manually.

Apart from that, my overall experience has been positive, especially with customer communication and consent management.

**What do you like best about Transket?**

I've had a really good experience using Transket for running bulk WhatsApp campaigns. The platform has a clean and simple interface, so getting started was easy. I used it for campaign execution as well as deploying WhatsApp bots, and everything worked smoothly without any major issues.

What stood out the most was their customer support. The team was extremely responsive and guided me throughout the onboarding process, making the setup quick and hassle free.

The biggest highlight for me is their Unified Consent Management feature. I haven't come across another WhatsApp Business API platform that offers something this seamless. It makes campaigns fully compliant while keeping the entire process highly automated. The complete setup takes just a few clicks, which is genuinely impressive.

On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable compared to other platforms in the market. If you're looking for a reliable WhatsApp Business API platform with great support, compliance features, and excellent value for money, I would definitely recommend Transket.

Honestly, there isn't much that I dislike about the platform. My overall experience has been very positive. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be adding even more advanced AI capabilities. They already offer AI bots that are genuinely impressive and work well, but expanding the AI features further would make the platform even more powerful. Other than that, I haven't faced any significant issues and have had a smooth experience throughout.

Transket has solved a lot of the manual work which includes running WhatsApp marketing campaigns. The platform is very easy to use, and setting up bulk WhatsApp campaigns takes just a few clicks. It has helped us run campaigns more efficiently and drive more sales without spending hours on setup.

One feature that really stands out is the AI agents. They can respond to customers 24/7 using our company's knowledge base while maintaining our brand's tone of voice. I also like that we can choose and customize the response tone, which makes the conversations feel much more natural.

**What do you like best about Transket?**

Transket has been incredibly easy to use from day one. I particularly appreciate the unified consent management, ready-to-use bot flow templates, and template library, which save a lot of time when setting up campaigns and automations. The platform is intuitive, well-designed, and makes WhatsApp engagement much easier to manage. Highly recommended.

The platform is strong in its core functionality, but I believe there is an opportunity to expand its GenAI capabilities. More AI-driven automation and intelligent workflow assistance would be a valuable addition in the future.
