I have been using TransferChain for over a year, and I must express my complete satisfaction with the user-friendly management and, most importantly, the secure transfer of important files via either the customer's email address or a dedicated link.

Today, the biggest dislike I have of TransferChain is the size limitation when sending files. In today's times, we shall have at least 5GB as a minimum and 10GB as the best case, as file sizes are getting bigger and bigger every day, especially if you have to transfer 4K videos. I find TransferChain a bit slow when uploading, especially larger documents. This impacts the efficiency as both I and my students have experienced lengthy upload times, particularly with videos.
