"User-Friendly Training with Maximum Impact"
5/5
What do you like best about Traliant?

I find Traliant's modules very user-friendly and time-efficient. I definitely learned a lot about workplace violence and what's appropriate and not. I believe it's very helpful in preparing individuals to tackle inappropriate behaviors professionally. The material is easy to digest, and I would highly recommend it to others who need this type of training. I'm a huge advocate of interactive software, and having it incorporated into learning videos is a great way for learners to absorb and retain material. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Traliant?

I think the length of the feedback questions could use some improvement because professionals like myself live a very busy day-to-day life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Navigation but Needs Less Clicking"
3/5
What do you like best about Traliant?

I found Traliant to be a little more streamlined than usual for Title IX training. I really appreciate the ease of navigation, as some trainings can be more difficult to navigate and make the experience less effective. The initial setup was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Traliant?

I think you need to push 'next' too frequently in Traliant. In most cases, it should simply move forward on its own. Also, the video stories don't help much in improving my understanding. I think it would be best to just focus on the policy in a straightforward way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Engaging Training with Some Completion Glitches"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Traliant?

I have used Traliant for annual training modules at my job, and I found it to be an excellent platform for the sexual harassment training. The video production aspects of the training were top-notch, featuring multiple camera angles, excellent lighting, a truly realistic work environment, and well-acted scenarios. Additionally, the setup was very easy since it was mostly handled by my job. My overall interaction with Traliant, aside from the last page hiccup, was excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Traliant?

The last page to confirm completion has some hiccups. I had to complete the training twice because the hiccups were happening. It would be helpful to have technicians run through the module a few times to experience the last page's frustrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Interface Enhances Engaging Training Experience"
4/5
What do you like best about Traliant?

I really like Traliant's user interface; it's very easy to navigate. The in-video questions and prompts allow me to follow along easily. I also appreciate the inclusion of many photos, which cater to my interactive learning style, making it easier for me to interact with and retain the knowledge from the courses. The lessons are highly interactive, and the courses function smoothly, providing an overall positive experience. Additionally, the modules feature people from diverse backgrounds, which helps me relate and learn more effectively. The in-person quizzes are also amazing for helping me retain knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Traliant?

I feel like there could be more interactivity, like matching puzzle pieces, to help retain more information. Also, more video situations and less writing would improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful Scenario Videos Make Workplace Rules Clear and Consistent"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Traliant?

The scenario videos interspersed throughout the training were helpful in providing examples of situations, some that in real time might not seem harmful. However, emphasizing the importance of consistency in application of the rules that help maintain respect and fairness in the workplace makes it easier to quickly determine what is unacceptable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Traliant?

Some of the presentation drags, perhaps because there is not a syllabus that remains visible. Also, reference to laws could benefit from examples. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Workflow Fit, Could Be Shorter"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Traliant?

I like how Traliant fit with my workflow and wasn't difficult to use. The work course was easy to use, and I didn't notice any difficulties with the initial setup, which I found very easy. It helps me by giving a sense of direction and understanding, making it easier to not be lost about what to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Traliant?

I didn't really like how long it was, it makes it hard to finish and get back to work quickly, maybe make it shorter and quicker for healthcare workers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Engaging Training with Clear Course Progress Tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Traliant?

It's a fairly engaging Harassment Prevention Training Software. Your progression throughout the course is clear and it's easy to tell what section you're in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Traliant?

The "next slide" keyboard shortcut is not very user-friendly. On Mac, it's "ctrl + alt + ." which is not convenient. It would be easier to navigate to the next slide if the shortcut was "enter" or an arrow key. Also, the fill for the progress bar at the bottom of each slide is a dim blue which is difficult to distinguish from the white empty bar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
