Having used the software extensively, this reviewer finds it quick and easy to use, with automatic notifications being a major benefit. There are some limitations in the flexibility of reporting and dashboard customization, but this has not hindered overall satisfaction.

Traizr has made managing incoming and outgoing parcels far more organized for us. The dashboard is straightforward and lets us quickly see what’s been received, delivered, or is still awaiting pickup, without having to click through multiple screens. I also appreciate how fast parcel search is, and the reporting tools make it easy to review delivery history and keep an eye on overall activity.
The notification system helps ensure recipients are informed as soon as their packages arrive. On the admin side, user management and role-based administration make it simple to control access across our organization. There are a few areas where the interface could be modernized further, especially when it comes to analytics and dashboard customization. It would also be helpful to have more configurable reporting, along with additional filtering options for parcel history. The speed of the scan-and-match step. Reception can process a trolley of mixed courier parcels without slowing down, and the system correctly links most items to the right person even when names are abbreviated or slightly different on the label. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
