With coach-reviewed progressive overload, exercise partitioning, and all client data—training, nutrition, and check-ins—in one place, I can make sharp, genuinely personal programming decisions quickly for every client. It’s a big reason I’m able to run premium coaching properly, even at scale. **What do you dislike about Train App?** There’s currently nothing I dislike about Train app. **What problems is Train App solving and how is that benefiting you?** Train solves the problem of fragmented client data and admin overload — training, nutrition, check-ins and progress all live in one place instead of scattered across spreadsheets and screenshots. That’s given me back time to focus on actual coaching decisions, let me catch clients losing momentum before they disengage, and made it realistic to deliver premium, personalised coaching at scale rather than just for a handful of people. They also enable me to have input into developing the app in the direction that genuinely suits my business, ensuring clients get exactly what they need in the app. ### 2. On the other hand for clients, it's extremely easy to use and not confusing for them despite all the capabilities working on the coach app side. Wearable integration sync is a big plus. Pricing is reasonable and customer support is actually very quick.
