Working in the operation team at a freight forwarding company, I manage a diverse range of ocean shipment for clients in electronics, pharmaceuticals, and retail. The most valuable aspect of tradlinx ocean visibility is its ability to provide detailed, real-time tracking for every container in our network . Tradlinx also provided an early alert and updated ETA. This allowed us to quickly adjust our delivery plans and inform our customer in advance, minimizing disruption to their supply chain. As we handle shipment with different levels of urgency and product sensitivity, it would be helpful to filter by product type, HS code, or risk level. Currently, the filtering us limited to basic shipment status and location, which makes it challenging to quickly prioritize high-risk or time sensitive cargo. Before implementing tradlinx, our team spent significant tome manually tracking shipments across multiple carrier websites and communicating updates with overseas partners by email and phone. This process was inefficient and prone to miscommunication. Tradlinx has centralized all shipment information and notifications into a single dashboard. allowing us to instantly respond to delays or issues without extra coordination. As a result, our manual workload has decreased by at least 30%, freeing up time for strategic tasks such as optimizing warehouse operationg and negotiating better freight rates.
