While the platform is user friendly, the filtering and sorting options could be more advanced. As we handle shipment with different levels of urgency and product sensitivity, it would be helpful to filter by product type, HS code, or risk level. Currently, the filtering us limited to basic shipment status and location, which makes it challenging to quickly prioritize high-risk or time sensitive cargo.
