## About TrackMyLeads
TrackMyLeads is a call tracking & client intake management application that allows business owners to track and measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns, provides an optimized process to handle incoming phone call and web form submission leads, and reports back on key performance metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Client Acquisition Cost (CAC).

**What do you like best about TrackMyLeads?**

I love that you are able to track all of your information for potential clients. You are prompted questions to ask for each type of case so you don't forget any important information. You are able to keep up with all of your potential cases in one place, know whether they were signed or rejected. It keeps up with your call history, recording all incoming calls so you can go back and listen again if there was something you may have missed the first time. 

**What do you dislike about TrackMyLeads?**

It can get a bit confusing when inputting a case for the first time. It would be beneficial if they had a How To Guide that could direct you as you go if needed. 

**Recommendations to others considering TrackMyLeads:**

Definitely worth the money! Very easy program to use once you are trained. 

**What problems is TrackMyLeads solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You are keeping track of all of your potential cases in one place. Plus, you are able to look at their name and know whether the case was signed up for rejected.  You are prompted questions to ask for each individual case type that are important but you may forget while speaking to the client. It also records all incoming calls that you are able to go back and listen to once the call is complete.

**What do you like best about TrackMyLeads?**

It is easy to navigate as you enter information and it makes the follow up process a breeze! I also like that it records the call which is great for coaching employees and develop strategies. 

**What do you dislike about TrackMyLeads?**

It sometimes lags or crashes and will take forever to load. This didn't happen often but was an inconvenience when it did. 

**What problems is TrackMyLeads solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is definitely a wonderful program for tracking potential clients, marketing, and demographics as well.
