## About Trackberry
Trackberry is a container tracking and document automation platform built for fresh produce importers and forwarders. The platform combines live container tracking with an AI-powered OCR pipeline that extracts data from bills of lading, certificates of origin, and QC/inspection documents (PPECB, SGS, Bureau Veritas), turning manual consignment creation into a largely automated workflow. Trackberry is priced per container and is used by importers to cut the time spent creating and reconciling shipment records, centralize document management, and get earlier visibility into ETAs and exceptions across their supply chain.

**What do you like best about Trackberry?**

Trackberry takes away the messiness of dealing with hundreds of emails with shipping docs. It reads all of them automatically and neatly summarises what's is on the water and when it'll arrive. It saves us time and gives the business clarity on what we are receiving from our fresh produce suppliers. It's great value, only costing us 10 euros per container.

**What do you dislike about Trackberry?**

There is not much to dislike. If it could also contact my customers and sell my fruit for me that'd be even better!

**What problems is Trackberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving instant clarity to us around what fresh produce our suppliers are loading us and when it's expected to arrive. This also saves us time. It also saves us even more time by automatically uploading packing list data to our ERP - so no more manual entering of data for our team!
