**What do you like best about Track Hire Pro ATS?**

Track Hire Pro ATS has made it easier to handle many aspects of our hiring process.  It helps manage resumes, communicate with applicants, and schedule interviews, which in turn is time-consuming for me.

**What do you dislike about Track Hire Pro ATS?**

Track Hire Pro does not have features for internal team messaging or shared candidate feedback.  This can greatly hamper co-ordinate between the recruiters and the hiring managers when it comes to assessing candidates within the large applicant pool.

**What problems is Track Hire Pro ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Track Hire Pro solves some long-standing issues with recruiters through automation of mundane tasks of resume filtration, candidate communications, and scheduling of interviews.  This enables me to put my effort on how to effectively seek and obtain the best talents and workforce.
