Ideally you can completely avoid year end adjustments. In case you may still need such year end adjustments, we are able drill them down on a single invoice and material level for much more efficient customs declarations.  Due to a powerful data cleaner and TP specific data modeler, the solution offers you ERP agnostic ready-to-use-data. Therefore, we can consume data from SAP R/3, SAP S/4 HANA and non-SAP systems. No need to waste time for collecting, structuring and validating data. Finally, this solution solves the practical issue that years later in tax audits no one needs to bother colleagues or to access “old” systems or to extract archived data in order to prove tax authorities how Transfer Prices have been calculated and why they are at arm’s length.

**What do you like best about TP Management Tool?**

The TPM tool is fully meeting our MNEs overall objectivies. The tool fully ensures oversight of worldwide intercompany flows, creates transparent P&L segmentation and enables full process automation for tangible goods steering.

**What do you dislike about TP Management Tool?**

This point is less related to the tool but rather to the MNEs. They need to invest in upskilling employees, enabling them to understand the data and drivers of (non) achieving margins to initiate adequate corrective actions as a trusted business partner towards Tax, CFOs. Controlling and Business.

**What problems is TP Management Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The TP Management Tool fully provides overall transparency about intercompany flows and builds the ground for tax experts and TP Controllers to steer the IC map adequately in accordance with the guidelines. It creates a complete P&L segmentation by TP function, enables prospective TP setting, retrospective adjustments and much more. It furthermore delivered on establishing harmonized global processes across countries and enabled organizational efficiencies.
