What do you like best about Tourwriter?

Its easy set up an itinerary and easy to make changes. I love that you can email suppliers directly from the software and confirmation comes back into the system so you can know exactly what the status of each activity/stage of the itinerary is at.

The software presents a clean, clear and professional looking final product that you can send to clients and all the T&C's etc are included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tourwriter?

It takes some time to input all the suppliers, but they all go into a larger database so in some cases the product/activity/accommodation may already be in the system. What do you like best about Tourwriter?

I like the functionality of how Tourwriter makes it easy to build trips. It works really well as far as putting various elements together and keeping track of them. I appreciate that they're constantly improving and updating the service, which helps in putting trips together more quickly by taking elements and assembling them efficiently. What do you dislike about Tourwriter?

The design of the client facing plans seems a little dated, and the image quality is very low. It does not allow for us to use very sharp, beautiful images or make the presentations seem on-brand. They claim it's for loading reasons, but other platforms manage high-quality images without issues. We also find it hard that Tourwriter does not integrate with our CRM.
