**What do you like best about Total Asset Manager?**

Total Stream - Total Asset Manager is a complete package for our operations department.  Its ease of use is amazing.  It has streamlined our asset management all in one portal.  The integration to our other sloutions has been seemless.  Total Stream also makes any customization immediatly for our portal.  Most importantly the customer service is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Total Asset Manager?**

There hasn't been anything that has really stuck out.  If I have had problems.  Total Stream always addresses my issues immediatly.

**What problems is Total Asset Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Total Asset Management suite has changed our daily operations.  It is a comprehensive Asset Tracking solution, Rig Scheduling, real-time production reporting with field data capture, inventory management, captial planning and AFE creation and routing.  Along with a comprehensive list of out of the box automated reports and analytics dashboards.  We are organized and we don't need extra overhead and employees to make it happen.

**What do you like best about Total Asset Manager?**

TAM was user friendly, and helped us manage all our operational assest under one portal.  We were allowed as many users as needed and it was one fee per month.  The customer support was software support, I have ever encountered in the Oil and Gas industry.
We used everyday and made divesting so simple when all our data was in one warehouse.

**What do you dislike about Total Asset Manager?**

There wasn't much to dislike.   If you needed something changed to benefit the way you do business, Total Stream made is easy to customize and change our portal.

Implementation can be a little long but it is all your operatioins in one software.

**What problems is Total Asset Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TAM brough clarity to our entire operations.  There was only one place to see the data and it integrated together.  We never had to change things in other softwares.  Becasue of it warehouse capabilities, it pushed changes to other departments and updated there software.
