The feature I probably use and appreciate the most is the Inventory management. In a real shop, it’s easy to lose track of what you have when parts and supplies are constantly coming in and going out. Before, we would sometimes have to physically check shelves or ask someone in the shop whether we still had a certain item.
Now we have a much better idea of what is actually in inventory. For example, if someone is preparing for a repair and needs a particular part, we can check the system first instead of wasting time looking around. It also gives us a better idea of what needs to be reordered and what we already have sitting on the shelf.
It’s not necessarily a flashy feature, but it solves a very practical problem for us. When you’re dealing with inventory every day, having that information available and organized makes a noticeable difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing I like least is that there are still a few areas where I wish the software gave us more flexibility. There have been situations where we wanted to handle something a certain way because that’s how our shop has always done it, but the option wasn’t available yet.
For example, there have been times when we’ve wanted a little more control over how information is displayed or how a particular workflow is handled. It’s not something that stops us from doing our work, but it can mean taking an extra step or finding a workaround.
The positive side is that when we bring these things up, the support team actually listens. We’ve had situations where we explained what we wanted, and instead of just being told that it couldn’t be done, the team took the feedback seriously. So while there are things I’d still like to see improved, I’m comfortable with that because the product is continuing to evolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
