From an admin side, the exporting tool is relatively easy to use and customize. It makes accounting easier, which we love. **What do you dislike about Torpago?** There have been quite a few bugs, such as buttons on the mobile app not working and customized fields not populating or working correctly. The Torpago team responds quickly and works to fix the bugs you bring them, which is all that matters at this point. The platform truly does get better every day! **What problems is Torpago solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bugs on the mobile app are the primary issue I've encountered, which the team has worked on every time I've brought them up. Unfortunately, the bugs tend to come back, but the team is responsive and hard-working. ### 4. Overall, we are very pleased with Torpago and would be very happy to refer them to anyone. **What do you dislike about Torpago?** There are not any things that I can think of that I don't like about Torpago. Perhaps adding the ability to add expenses that are not made on the card would be nice. **What problems is Torpago solving and how is that benefiting you?** They help us with Spend Management. They also have saved us time and money by integrating our corporate card with the expense reporting system. The ability to upload or email receipts is also very nice. ### 6. It is so much more work and manually straining than using expensify. If it were up to me I would honestly prefer expensify. ### 7. However, the team is highly responsiveness and releases updates fast! **What problems is Torpago solving and how is that benefiting you?** Torpago has replaced what previously took two systems to accomplish. Before Torpago I had to use my card and submit expense reports via Expensify. This process took weeks and was a nightmare. ### 8.
