They were good at setting up meetings and a project plan. Their reps are very responsive and quick to address questions problems. Their reps also seem pretty well cross-trained so it was nice to get answers from the same person Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Responses to questions were all over the place and sometimes contradictory. Most of the time it was wrong or services rendered were less than expected. We asked to move our data from the old HCM to the new one and we were told it was not possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We could not have implemented a system like Workday alone - outside consultants are necessary. They helped us get our new HR system up and running and we met our deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workday can be a lengthy and costly implementation process. Budget is a big factor in deciding what consultants you choose to help you through this process. If we had a higher budget, I am sure we would've went with other consultants, but given the situation we were in TopBloc was the best for our wants and budget. Overall the implementation process was clear, but I think we could've made more knowledgeable and better decisions while configuring our system that we personally weren't aware of being new system users, but I would have hoped TopBloc was. Their Helpdesk services are a significant cost, but again, other services are even more expensive. At times I wish their Helpdesk service was quicker / more efficient, but luckily they almost always resolve my tickets well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
