What do you like best about Tomba?

The API provided by Tomba offers a lot of flexibility, and I really appreciate that. It integrates seamlessly with automation tools like Pabbly or Zapier; I primarily use it to verify submitted email addresses. The validation is highly reliable, and Tomba helps protect me from spam through my contact forms while keeping my newsletter list free from fake subscribers. What do you like best about Tomba?

I like that it allows me to find my leads by simply using a domain name or the name of a person from a specific domain. I also like that it allows me to export my prospects to my CRM. It helps save me a lot of time on my sales process. It also supports google sheets integration. The support team respond very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tomba?

The only main issue is that it doesn't find any Gmail address even if it's present on the website, so if this could change to allow more email patterns even personal emails it would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tomba?

Tomba is an email collection tool that removes friction in your sales and link building. It pretty much automates collecting email addresses perfectly and at scale. It is on par with hunter.

One of the best thing is for a lot of domains Tomba found more email addresses than hunter could. So yeah this is definietly a serious win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tomba?

It can not scrape email addresses from websites. It collects emails but doesn't scrape it... Tomba can't collect Gmail addresses if a website has their email address on the contact page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Tomba:

I like having multiple things that the same thing.. If i am looking for email addresses from domains i try out tomba then hunter and sales.rocks. Being an SEO strategist or link builder this tool is mandatory Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tomba solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a content marketing strategist. So link building is something i do pretty much every single day. And tomba is my 2nd go to email collection right after hunter. What do you like best about Tomba?

Tomba.io is very fast and has lots of features to help anyone prospect and find exactly who you need to find. I use my zoom.info and Apollo to find companies for lead gen and then run those leads into tomba to grab me prospect info in record time. Tedious work is the most frustrating part of prospecting. Now I'm saving at least 5 hours a week! No joke. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tomba?

Tomba is my favorite tool for lead finding and verification because it gets the job done. It enables me to find my leads by entering the name of a person in a specific domain or simply using a domain name. It also allows me to verify the email addresses that are derived from those domains and keep them as prospects in my Tomba dashboard for future referral and subsequent follow-up. Heck, you can even export your prospects from tomba to your favourite CRM like Hubspot directly or to other CRM's via Zapier, Pabbly, or Integrately if you like! What do you dislike about Tomba?

The User Interface/User Experience could use a bit of upgrade, especially the Leads section, which differs from the Search, Finder, and Verifier sections. Streamlining all the different areas of Tomba would provide a fantastic user experience overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tomba?

Team accounts & API!

This is a brilliant feature as I can integrate this into our in house sales software.

It also has CRM integrations and bulk tasks, so it helps to streamline our work.

Bulk data exports via CSV which is brilliant too.

The Tomba dashboard is intuitive and the activity log helps so I can measure to check my team are using it.

They also have a validation tool so we can check email addresses work before we start mailing out to prevent our mailboxes from hitting spam servers.

What do you dislike about Tomba?

One feature I'd love to see is the ability to specify an industry, sector, country and let Tomba gather data for me around this.

What problems is Tomba solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've used several tools in this space, and I was looking for a simple alternative to hunter, which has an API and integration with CRMS.

Tomba has been a delight to use.

It's pretty much point and click with no lags. Very easy to use and intuitive.

I've been monitoring the updates, and the team have been very active, which build greater confidence.

The biggest challenge has been finding emails and LinkedIn profiles for key decision-makers in companies. Tomba has been great at scraping this info for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
