Tollgate - Project Governance for Jira Reviews & Product Details

Tollgate is a Jira Cloud app that keeps a versioned governance record per project: business case, delivery health, risks, decisions, change requests and benefits realisation. The dashboard you maintain is the deck you present from. Commit — a versioned business case with a named decision authority, and a financial case computing NPV, IRR and payback from a cashflow grid. Run — work packages with budget baseline, forecast, actuals, variance and RAG; a risk and opportunity register; an append-only decision log; change requests against a locked baseline. Realise — close-out, benefits checkpoints and a 12-month verdict against the original case. Portfolio Health rolls projects into a PMO read-out: RAG spread, budget vs forecast, pending decisions. Forge-native, so data stays on Atlassian infrastructure. Installing adds no custom fields, no issue types and no changes to schemes, workflows or screens; uninstall leaves nothing behind. Not for sprint tracking — your Jira board already does that. Tollgate governs whether the investment is still worth funding. Permanently free for up to 10 users. 30-day trial.
