## About Told
Told.club is a no-code platform that combines interactive product tours and in-app surveys to help product teams onboard users, drive feature adoption, and collect actionable feedback—all within a single integrated solution. What it does Told.club enables product managers, UX designers, and customer success teams to create guided walkthroughs that help users discover features and understand product value, while simultaneously gathering real-time feedback through contextual surveys. Unlike fragmented solutions that require multiple tools for tours and surveys, Told.club delivers both capabilities seamlessly integrated into one platform. The problem it solves Product teams typically juggle separate tools for user onboarding (like Appcues or Chameleon) and feedback collection (like Hotjar or Qualtrics). This fragmentation creates workflow inefficiencies, data silos, and higher costs. Told.club solves this by unifying product tours and surveys in one environment, allowing teams to guide users and understand their needs without switching platforms. Key capabilities The platform provides a no-code builder with ready-to-use templates for creating product tours and surveys. Advanced targeting enables teams to show the right content to specific user segments based on behavior, attributes, and custom events. Cross-platform support works across web applications, mobile apps, and no-code environments. Real-time analytics deliver actionable insights on engagement, completion rates, and user feedback. Multi-language support includes French and English interfaces. Proven at scale Trusted by over 600 companies, Told.club has facilitated the collection of more than 19 million survey responses, demonstrating its reliability and effectiveness at enterprise scale. Ideal use cases Teams use Told.club to reduce time-to-value for new users, decrease support ticket volume through self-service guidance, improve feature adoption rates, collect continuous UX feedback, and optimize activation flows with data-driven insights.

## Told Reviews
 ### 1. Simple and essential in-app surveys to understand churn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manon M. | Co-Fondatrice , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Told?**

We set up in-app surveys on our unsubscribe funnel in just a few minutes, without needing to involve the tech team. It's really easy to handle. As a result, we finally understand why our users are unsubscribing, and it gives us concrete ways to improve. The design of the surveys is clean, the responses come in real-time, and we can iterate super quickly. In short, it has become an indispensable tool for our team!

**What do you dislike about Told?**

Honestly, there isn't much to criticize. If I really had to look for an area of improvement, it would be the ability to more easily push business variables into the surveys.

**What problems is Told solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unsubscribe. We were losing customers without really understanding why. With in-app surveys integrated directly into our unsubscribe funnel, we now capture feedback at the key moment — when the user is about to leave. This has allowed us to identify patterns we didn't suspect, prioritize the right product projects, and concretely reduce churn. Basically, Told has transformed a blind spot into a real source of actionable insights for the entire team.

 ### 2. Create and deploy micro-surveys in the blink of an eye, with a modern and intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Romain L. | Co-fondateur, COO & Board Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Told?**

What I appreciate most about Told is the disconcerting simplicity with which one can create and deploy micro-surveys. The user interface is modern, intuitive, and allows for precisely targeting the right moment in the user journey to gather actionable feedback without being intrusive. The flexibility of the design also ensures that the surveys integrate perfectly with our brand guidelines.

**What do you dislike about Told?**

There are very few negative points. If I had to nitpick, I would like to see even more native integrations with third-party CRM tools, although the current webhooks already allow for a lot of things. The product is evolving quickly, so I have no doubt that this will happen soon.

**What problems is Told solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Told allows us to bridge the gap between us and our users. Before, we struggled to understand why some users abandoned their cart or didn't use a specific feature. Thanks to Told's smart triggers, we get qualitative feedback in real-time. This has allowed us to iterate much faster on our product based on real data rather than assumptions.

 ### 3. Effortless Feedback Collection with Intuitive Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Magali D.

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Told?**

I like how clear and nice the reports from Told are. The automatic report construction is great, and the possibilities for collecting and analyzing feedback are impressive. The team at Told is easy to contact, and it's possible to ask for some personalization. Transitioning from other tools has been smooth because Told offers really nice and automated reports with the ability to deep dive at each step. The initial setup is very easy, just like using a new Apple product, making it simple to jump in.

**What do you dislike about Told?**

I haven't tested yet the new version that came out today so unsure this has not been covered yet, but I'd like to go further with the video caption of feedback.

**What problems is Told solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Told to gather customer feedback, evaluate satisfaction, and detect hidden issues early. Its great design makes sharing results within the organization easy, helping ensure clients have an efficient experience at all contact points.

 ### 4. Aesthetic and Efficient Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelo B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Told?**

I really love the aesthetics and design of Told. Unlike its competitors, it integrates perfectly with the design of our sites and allows for customization of colors and logos. The platform is subtle, it doesn't take up all the space with modals, it positions itself in the right place, which is really pleasing. Then, the back-office part allows me to handle user feedback in a very simple and easy-to-use way.

**What do you dislike about Told?**

I think that in the back-office section, there could be a better presentation of the menus. When one is not very familiar with the use and functioning of this type of tool, one is somewhat searching for the features, how to deploy them on a website where information is retrieved. Once you get the hang of it, you get used to the interface.

**What problems is Told solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Told to gather user information without harming the experience, thanks to its smooth pop-ups and forms. I love its aesthetic and customizable integration that fits perfectly with our sites, while simplifying the processing of user feedback.

 ### 5. Hyper-Personalization and easy to install

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Altura .

This hyper-personalization is what I really love. The installation of Told was super simple and quick, in just two minutes. Also, I pay much less with Told for active users per month, which has satisfied me compared to other tools I have used before. I love the feature that allows creating product tours with AI, it's super neat.

**What do you dislike about Told?**

Not much.

**What problems is Told solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't need to explain to each client how to use my app or website. I can collect and analyze feedback with AI in Told, which helps me guide my users and improve customer retention.
