I’ve grown to appreciate the portal as my single pane of glass for everything security. For anything Todyl doesn’t secure directly, there’s an integration available that fits my tool stack, with alerts that trigger based on the rule set they already have in place. Their new 2025 pricing model is what helped me finally close the door on other vendors. When I try to piece together the same stack using other providers, the total cost ends up much higher than Todyl’s published rates. I’ve never had an issue getting support. It’s not always immediate, but I consistently get a response within a couple of hours when I have a platform-related question. And having direct access to the mxdr team for emergencies gives me peace of mind that I can reach someone right away if and when it’s needed. I’m not the fastest at building SIEM queries, but Janus has helped me cut down the time it takes to get the information I’m looking for. It saves me hours each month by letting me chat with my data or by guiding me through writing a query.

What I like most is that Todyl brings several critical security capabilities together in one integrated platform. We use it to deliver SASE, endpoint security, SIEM, and 24/7 MXDR services without having to manage a collection of disconnected tools.<br><br>The MXDR team has been especially valuable. When a security event occurs, we receive rapid analysis and actionable information instead of simply getting another alert to investigate. This gives our small MSP the capabilities and coverage of a much larger security operation while helping us provide consistent protection across our clients.

Todyl does an excellent job of working with there partners to integrate there best of breed solution with our team and exisiting systems to create a comprehensive service that keeps our clients safe. We completed 4 comprehensive pilots with a number of other industry leaders and Todyl was the only solution that stopped our ethical hacking team from compromising the lab environments we had created for the pilots.
