I was able to figure out how it worked just by using it and not having to Google anything. I like how interactive it is- I can use it to manage/plan my meetings before they start, making it a more expansive tool than other video conferencing tools I've used in the past **What do you dislike about Toasty?** It needs to be marketed more heavily to encourage its use. When I've mentioned it, most people would ask why I would choose to use it when everyone else uses Zoom **What problems is Toasty solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use this for video conferencing to test out as an alternative to Zoom. One of the benefits it that you can use it for free which allows you to try before you get other premium features. ### 2. Allows inviting people regardless of the fact you are hosting that meeting or just an attendee. Breakout rooms and group meetings are features available and very useful to me. Overall good experience using Toasty, no major issues noticed. **What do you dislike about Toasty?** A little glitch is noticed during the present or screen sharing feature. The cost of purchase is on the little higher side for premium and many users as compared to other video conferencing options available in the market. Not many people use it so inviting and getting everyone to join the meeting is another challenge. Good to use with small number of group of people though. **Recommendations to others considering Toasty:** Its market is still not that established. So recommend everyone to try it out and start using it for business meetings. A nice alternative for online meetings and to stay connected. Has almost all features of video conferencing and engaging users during meeting sessions. Completly interactive UI. **What problems is Toasty solving and how is that benefiting you?** Briefly using it for team meetings and discussions, especially while work from home situation is in place. This has been extremely useful and easy to access. Seems a secure and sound platform to share meeting contents and whiteboards. ### 4. I will definitely be using Toasty more often but wish I knew more people that use it. **What do you dislike about Toasty?** Since the coronavirus pandemic, there has been a number of video conferencing tools that I've experimented with, and Toasty has been one of the better ones. However, not a lot of people that I know use it. Maybe they need to do a better job with marketing their product. **Recommendations to others considering Toasty:** Toasty is a nice video conferencing tool that looks modern and minimalistic, which is what I like most about the tool. There are so many video conferencing tools out there and Toasty is one of the best ones. **What problems is Toasty solving and how is that benefiting you?** The same problem that all video conferencing tools help solve. Communicate and collaborate with peers in a world that's becoming more comfortable working remotely. ### 5. The cost is a bit higher side on paid version. **Recommendations to others considering Toasty:** This software works flawlessly, and you can opt for it if your company requires any video conferencing software. **What problems is Toasty solving and how is that benefiting you?** Online meetings with employees staying remotely to other places of the country or worldwide. I like it's intelligent business matchmaking platform, and how even if your not the host, you can still invite people. There are many features in toasty that other meetings don't have as i have seen. From the first day I tried it, Toasty allowed me to plan all my activities in the meet before I even started the meet. Even though it was a meet, it was almost like a premade video already made beforehand by how organized it was. I asked my friends to start using it and I was impressed how they could plan what was going to happen in the meetings before the meetings started. You could make breakout rooms before the meeting started, which is useful, and is a feature google meets, the app I use, doesn't have. **What do you dislike about Toasty?** Personally, I dislike that someone who isn't the host doesn't have as much capability over the meeting as the host, and that is something I hope they fix. **Recommendations to others considering Toasty:** I recommend that you try to not mute your mic in meetings. Try to connect with the people there more, as it might help more. **What problems is Toasty solving and how is that benefiting you?** Obviously, I have fixed the problems of unorganized, messy meetings. As if a meeting couldn't be dull enough, all the glitching that comes with zoom or google meets makes it harder. Toasty may be the only virtual video call app I know that allows me to have this much control over meetings and allows me to be this planned. It's like being in-person, so that's why I am thankful Toasty helped me with me video call problems. ### 7. It is geat because more people can join and the quality of the stream is always strong. Can't say that for zoom. **What do you dislike about Toasty?** It's not so popular so when you recommend it to outside clients, they frown and prefer to use zoom. **What problems is Toasty solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're all out of the office and want to use a system being hacked less often than zoom ### 9.
