Easy to use, with just the right integrations that I need. Support is fast and responsive. Does everything I need on a great price point compared to alternatives. Pretty great to have a set-and-forget, I visit the site about once per week just to see metrics, but use it daily from their Gmail Add-On. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
