Great when it works. Custom domains and SSL do not work. A relatively clean dashboard. **What do you dislike about TimeSync?** The product has issues working with the most common SSL certificates (e.g. Let's Encrypt, Cloudflare, etc.) to support custom domains such as meeting.yourdomain.com. This was an issue when originally setting up the software months ago and then it just worked. More recently, custom domains have been down for me for weeks with little to no support or information from Novocall. Imagine sending a URL to schedule meetings to all of your customers but that domain does not load and/or work? Scheduling bookings/meetings is a mission critical part of support and sales for most businesses. This is clearly an overall issue for Novocall as their homepage returns a redirect loop to some users in some regions. While they were notified about this weeks ago, it has yet to be resolved either. When providing videos to their support team of the issues, they reply back asking to try the same thing again (e.g. clear cache or try in incognito). Did the engineering team attempt a bug fix and they need you to retest (good) or did support not even read/watch your full support message (bad)? The communication may not make that clear. **What problems is TimeSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing clients and contacts to see my calendar availability and schedule time. ### 2. It has a lot of potential and the integration onto my website was very simple. I liked the ability to do simple customizations. I like the look busy mode, the automatic reminders. **What do you dislike about TimeSync?** Not easy to access the timesynce portion of novacall. I was trying to get to the page at work and I had to try a few links to be able to log in. Some of the links at the top of the page tried to sell me but wouldn't let me login. I wish there were options to have daily emails of appointments all laid out. So at 9am I could get my email and see if anyone booked me for the entire day. Or hand it to employees. Bunched day-of reporting. It's a shame they don't offer SSL. Inconvenient if you aren't trying to embed on a page while keep your customers on your brand. **What problems is TimeSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted an unbranded solution I could throw into my website without much hassle. I liked the idea of getting the sms and email reminders firing off to customers and myself to remember the meetings. I like how the meeting keys are included in these reminders. Very useful. I wish accessing the dashboard were easier. It's harder than it needs to be to get to the timesync web login. I usually have a bookmark but I wanted to check from another location and realized the issue. ### 3. With Timesync, scheduling appointments has never been easier. So, after looking at many different apps and trying out a handful, we found that Timesync does the job and is easy to use, too. It works well for team scheduling because you can keep your team on the same page with it's collaborative and round-robin features. Timesync also works well for individual scheduling, and I especially like its clean and modern designed meeting landing page. **What do you dislike about TimeSync?** Custom domain doesn't work for teams, only individuals. Accessing their servers from Asia is also slow. **What problems is TimeSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using Timesync for my team so each team member has their own booking app and the team features are also very useful. ### 5. Additionally, this software is visually appealing, unlike some competitors. **What do you dislike about TimeSync?** Navigating the menu is not as straightforward as it could be. I also like that I can select which of my many Google Calendars indicate that I'm busy. **What do you dislike about TimeSync?** There are some minor UX flow things that could be resolved but tbh, it's pretty great. Currently there's even a lifetime deal on which is super cheap compared to other monthly plans of ... well pretty much anything that has the same integration capabilities (Pabbly, Zapier, Webhook) **What problems is TimeSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** When my clients want to book me for a specific thing, it's nice to have a cookie cutter link to send them to that shows up in my calendar the same way. I no longer need to look at my calendar to see when I'm free. Then reminders. It sends you an SMS to remind you your appointment. Also Google calendar. So any meeting goes directly to my google calendar and that can be synced to any other tool as well. And the last thing is embedding the widget via iframe. You can even have a team meeting and share the access with somebody else. **What do you dislike about TimeSync?** Missing CNAME. I couldn't find any settings for having our own subdomain. Also analytics. It would be great to have some sort of the analytics to see how many times the widget was populated or how many times somebody tried to book up my time but didn't finish it. **What problems is TimeSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have 4 projects and we needed to add a widget via iframe on our new website. Our customers are able to book up a call now that suits their best available time. They've just added SMS reminders. The support is good, and they always reply. It syncs with Google Calendar, Zoom, Google Meet, PayPal, and Zapier. **What do you dislike about TimeSync?** When you embed the calendar on your website, it's still a bit slow (it has been improved, it used to take 5 seconds to appear), but the users demand things to appear right away. The email reminders are sent from "novocall" instead of my company's name, that's something that has to change. **What problems is TimeSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling meetings. It saves a lot of time to send a link so your prospect/client can find the day/time that best suits him to have a call. ### 13. I also like the "qualification" setting where they can book only if they meet my criteria. **What do you dislike about TimeSync?** It was a bit hard to find how to check avalability for events for certain calendars.
