It integrates with our HRIS, and while we're still fine-tuning a few things, it has been wonderful so far. That same interface handles expenses (billable and non-billable) by category. The QuickBooks sync tool then downloads time and expenses, and automatically associates those to Customers in QuickBooks. Our firm could not function without it. **What do you dislike about TimeRewards?** Getting the QuickBooks sync tool set up the first time can be a little intimidating. There were issues with permissions, etc, but the TimeRewards support team provided quick resolution. **Recommendations to others considering TimeRewards:** There is a free trial available.
