"Effective Time Management with a User-Friendly Interface"
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

I use Time Doctor to allocate my time for different tasks to be more productive. I appreciate that it helps me track time spent on different tasks and enables me to save time while prioritizing them. I like the user-friendly interface and the feature of screenshots and hourly tracked time. It's easy for me to see who's working in my team and who's skipping work. I also find it valuable for keeping track of my team members' attendance. Managing a team of about 15 people who work remotely is simplified with Time Doctor as it helps me keep track of their daily activities. I can check the screen captures to have an idea of their work activities, and at the end of the day, I review how much time they spent on particular tasks, all thanks to the cool UI. Setting it up was pretty easy, and overall, I would rate it a 9 out of 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

The activity bar can use some improvement. It stays on top of the screen and sometimes takes up extra space. When I hide it, I lose track if it's running or not. Sometimes I realize that I was working while Time Doctor was set to on break. That's quite frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time Doctor: easy to use tool for tracking work"
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

It's very handy in use, and when you use it, it won't affect your system; it's only a small floating toolbar that can be easily dragged to any corner, previously its only taking screenshot but now its recording arount 3 minutes video, its very good for monitoring daily work and lots of features like downloding screeshots, checking reports and working pattern's.Customer support is also very handy and responsive; it's very easy to implement. You can download from its website according to your system, like Windows/Mac. I am using this for recording my daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

As of now, there is no dislike about Time Doctor, but I suggest they should have increased the recording time of screenshots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for remote team management"
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

What we appreciate most about Time Doctor is how user-friendly and intuitive it is. The implementation process is simple, as it only requires installing the application and logging in. Whenever the documentation does not fully answer a question, the support team is responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. We use Time Doctor in our daily operations, and new team members adapt to it very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

While our overall experience has been positive, there are a few areas that could be improved. Updates are not installed automatically, requiring manual management through our MDM. The meetings report currently recognizes any application that uses the microphone, which may impact reporting accuracy. Additionally, the screenshots view in some reports refreshes periodically, causing the navigation to reset and return to the start of the dataset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mina Park of Time Doctor

Hi Karen, thank you for such a detailed review. We truly appreciate it.

We’re glad to hear that Time Doctor has been easy to implement and that your team finds it intuitive to use. It’s great to know new team members adapt quickly and that our support team has been helpful when questions come up. For fully remote organizations like yours, having reliable visibility and data for accountability and cost allocation is critical, so we’re pleased to hear the platform is supporting that.

We also appreciate the specific feedback around updates, meetings reporting, and the screenshots view refresh. That level of detail is incredibly helpful. We’ll share this with our product team, as improving reporting accuracy and usability is always a priority. If you’d like, our support team can also explore configuration options that may help reduce friction in the meantime.

Thanks again for sharing your experience and for trusting Time Doctor to support your remote operations.

"Bringing Transparency and Structure to Remote Work"
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

I like the transparency and accountability it brings to remote work. It gives clear visibility into how time is being spent, which helps identify productivity patterns, inefficiencies, and training needs without relying on guesswork. The activity tracking, screenshots, and reports make it much easier to manage performance, especially for distributed teams. It also helps create fairer payroll and performance evaluations because everything is based on actual tracked work, not just assumptions or self-reported hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

One downside of Time Doctor is that some features, like screenshots and activity tracking, can feel a bit intrusive to certain team members if they’re not used to time-tracking tools. There are also moments when the app may record idle time or activity a little inconsistently, which requires occasional manual review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mina Park of Time Doctor

Hi Patricia, Thanks for the thoughtful review, we really appreciate you sharing this.

We’re glad Time Doctor is helping bring transparency, structure, and fairness to how remote work is managed, especially around productivity, payroll, and performance. That shift away from guesswork toward objective data is exactly what we aim to support.

We also hear your feedback around screenshots and activity tracking feeling intrusive for some team members, as well as the need for occasional manual review. Clear communication, flexible settings, and ongoing product improvements are important here, and your input helps guide that work.

Thanks again for the balanced and detailed feedback.

"Crucial for Remote Work, Yet Needs Improved Usability"
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

I like that Time Doctor blurs the screenshots, which works for my confidentiality. I also appreciate that it reports on what I spend the most time on. I think it's a secure app to use, and I feel very secure using it. The feature that allows me to check how much time I spent on tasks at the end of the week is something I find very useful, as it helps me understand when I'm more productive, whether at night or during the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

What I don't like about Time Doctor is that sometimes, for example, after breaks or when I turn off the application, the sidebar hides, and I forget to activate it. I would like it to be more visible because it works perfectly when I'm not using it. Sometimes it just hides between apps, and I forget to activate it. It would be helpful to have a reminder to turn it on, like every thirty minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mina Park of Time Doctor

Hi Diana,

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear that features like blurred screenshots and time reports help you feel secure while giving you useful insight into how you spend your work time. It’s great to know the weekly view is helping you better understand your productivity patterns while working remotely.

We also appreciate your feedback about the timer visibility and reminders after breaks. Suggestions like this are helpful as we continue improving the overall usability of the app.

Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review.

"Privacy and Ease with Time Doctor"
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

What I like most about Time Doctor is that I can see the activity bar on one side; it doesn't take up much of the screen. I like that the screenshots it takes of the screen are discreet; it doesn't notify me when it does, so I don't have to keep an eye on it. Also, they have the privacy of being blurred. The activity bar helps me keep my time clear without being invasive, and the privacy of the screenshots gives me security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

Sometimes the application freezes and doesn't let me start tracking time, I have to restart the application, close it, and open it again. That could be improved. I also haven't figured out where I can add a new project because I changed my job title. I can only work on the project I created when I first started using Time Doctor, and I would like to know how to create a new project and delete the old one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mina Park of Time Doctor

Hi Juana,

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear that the activity bar and blurred screenshots help you keep track of your time while still feeling secure and comfortable using the app.

We also appreciate your feedback about the occasional freezing and managing projects. Insights like this help our team continue improving performance and making features easier to use.

Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review.

"Essential for Equipment Monitoring"
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

I really like the screen recording feature of Time Doctor. Although it can slow down less powerful computers a bit, it is very helpful for seeing how tasks are actually executed. It not only serves to highlight errors, but also allows us to observe things that advisors think they are doing correctly when in reality they are doing them differently, which helps to correct them in operations. Additionally, I value the comprehensive and intuitive reports that Time Doctor offers, as they make data analysis and filtering easier. The initial setup was quite simple, allowing us to start working without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

On less powerful computers, it does slow down a bit when obviously recording the full screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mina Park of Time Doctor

Hi Fernando, thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review.

We’re really glad to hear that screen recording and reporting are helping you spot process gaps and support your advisors more effectively. That visibility into how work actually gets done is exactly what we aim to provide so you can coach with clarity, not guesswork. It’s also great to know the setup was smooth and intuitive for your team.

We appreciate your honest feedback about performance on less powerful computers. Our team continues to improve optimization so Time Doctor runs as efficiently as possible across different environments.

Thanks again for trusting us to support your operations and team growth.

"Insightful Reporting, But Sluggish Performance"
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

What I like most about Time Doctor is the type of reporting or the data it gives me. I'm able to drill down on separate individuals or teams, and it provides a lot of insights about their productivity, the sites they access, and everything else along those lines. Specifically, for my team, I find it helpful to track account occupancy or how busy people are actually working compared to their work hours or scheduled work hours. Instead of manually calculating account occupancy by multiplying the amount of tickets solved along with their average handling time, I just go to Time Doctor and check how available and busy they are by referencing their keyboard and mouse activities, which I use for their key performance indicator. It was also surprisingly very easy to set up the account, just by clicking reset password without even needing to look out for an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

I would say it's the slowness of loading multiple recordings or screencasts. Also, it's quite complicated to download it. I had to research from my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mina Park of Time Doctor

Hi Ly, thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review.

We’re really glad to hear that the reporting and drill-down insights are helping you stay on top of team productivity and account occupancy. It’s great to know the activity data is saving you from manual calculations and making KPI tracking easier. We’ve worked hard to make setup simple as well, so it’s good to hear that part was smooth for you.

We also appreciate your honest feedback about loading speed for recordings and the download process. That’s valuable input, and we’ll make sure it’s shared with our product team. If you’re open to it, our support team would be happy to walk you through ways to speed things up or make downloads easier.

Thanks again for sharing your experience. We’re grateful to have you using Time Doctor.

"Efficient Yet Overwhelming Dashboard"
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

I like how Time Doctor makes it quick and easy to log timesheets for payroll. It captures information in real time, so I just log in and away I go. Adding people and setting them up is simple, just send them a link and they're good to go. It efficiently logs hours, avoiding the need to remember and manually log tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

There's a lot of info on the dashboard that I'm not really across or maybe even need. I'd like easy training or explanations, and quarterly reviews to see how things are going, what's used and what's not. I think it would be helpful to check in with an account manager to see what's helpful, what's not, clean up the dashboard, and work on figuring out what's needed and what’s not, along with any training that may be required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mina Park of Time Doctor

Hi Abi, Thanks for sharing your feedback.

We’re glad to hear Time Doctor is doing the heavy lifting for you by automating timesheets and making payroll processing faster and easier. It’s great to know it’s working quietly in the background and delivering exactly what you need.

We also appreciate the feedback around training. You’re right, there’s a lot of capability in the platform, and guided training can make a big difference. We’re continuing to improve how we support onboarding and education so teams can get more value without having to dig through help pages.

Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review and for using Time Doctor.

"Seamless, Non-Distracting Time Tracking Across Devices with Time Doctor"
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

I like the ease with which I can update or start the timer on my iPhone or on my desktop computer seamlessly. And information is synced across my devices. I am an attorney and a lot of times I have to start and stop the task, but I also have to account for my time possibly later in support of an attorney fee motion, for example. I like that Time Doctor has recorded my time and I can access this and the dates and the details. A lot of times the timekeeping applications will require me to login or log out or stop the timer or start the timer in a way that interferes with the actual work that I’m doing and it’s very distracting. Of course Time Doctor requires me to login, but it doesn’t require me to login every time as if I were a new user as which is also distracting. I like that it allows me to edit time later and it has a degree of accountability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

I wish there were a way to make our sync my Time Doctor entries to my timekeeping attorney software. I use mycase.com. What I do now is if I have to account for my attorney time and support of an attorney fee motion, I will access all my time use on Time Doctor and then I physically input each entry into mycase.com. I’m glad that I have a way to record time and details in a way that doesn’t actually distract what I’m doing. I am doing multiple multiple tasks at the same time and I haven’t really found any other computer application. That is easy to use such as Time Doctor and doesn’t require exorbitant to monthly fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mina Park of Time Doctor

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We really appreciate it.

It’s great to hear that Time Doctor helps you track time seamlessly across your iPhone and desktop without interrupting your workflow. For professionals like you who need accurate records for things like attorney fee motions, having reliable, synced data with timestamps and details isn’t just helpful, it’s essential. We’re glad Time Doctor supports that level of accountability without adding extra friction throughout the day.

We also love that you’re using Time Doctor as a daily and next-day to-do list. Being able to check tasks off and tie them directly to recorded time is a powerful way to stay organized while maintaining accurate documentation.

Regarding syncing with MyCase, thank you for calling that out. We understand how time-consuming manual entry can be, especially when you’re managing multiple matters. While we don’t currently have a native integration with MyCase, feedback like yours helps us prioritize future improvements. In the meantime, our team would be happy to explore whether there’s a workflow using exports or integrations that could reduce manual effort for you.

Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback and for trusting Time Doctor in your practice.
