**What do you like best about Tidal LightMesh?**

1. The user interface is clean and intuitive – no steep learning curve.

2. Subnet and IP address management feels modern and collaborative.

3. Integration with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS works seamlessly.

4. Their support is highly responsive and genuinely helpful.

5. Custom alerts and automation for IP reservations reduce manual overhead.

6. Import/export functionality is smooth – especially useful during migrations.

7. It feels like it was designed by people who understand real-world IPAM challenges.

**What do you dislike about Tidal LightMesh?**

1. We'd love to see tighter integrations with more third-party tools (e.g., Terraform, ServiceNow).

2. Role-based access controls could be a bit more granular.

3. Reporting is solid, but more visualization and charting options would be helpful.

4. A mobile-friendly version or app would be a great addition for on-the-go access.

**What problems is Tidal LightMesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tidal LightMesh is solving the complexity of IP address and subnet management across dynamic environments like cloud, on-prem, and hybrid networks. Previously, we relied on spreadsheets or outdated systems that were error-prone and hard to scale. LightMesh centralizes everything with a clean interface, strong audit trails, and collaborative features that make it easy for multiple teams to manage IP space without conflicts.

The biggest benefit is visibility and confidence—knowing exactly what’s allocated, reserved, or available at any point in time. It’s reduced our provisioning time significantly, improved accuracy, and helped us avoid IP conflicts, especially across environments and regions. The ability to automate reservations and receive alerts has also freed up our team from repetitive manual tracking.
