The online and Offline option is my favorite, I also like that it's cloud-based. **What do you dislike about Tickmark?** There are a few steps that are a little complicated to the end user and which should perhaps be simplified. **What problems is Tickmark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tickmark software was very easy to implement in business because the whole system was designed in such a way as to enable the user to solve given tasks in the simplest possible way. ### 2.
