It offers quicktips (little question marks) for when something is unclear **What do you dislike about MindBridge?** The data is processed at Mindbridge's servers and cannot be set up to be inhouse for our organization. Allowing this would open so many doors, **What problems is MindBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us with audit planning - allows us to look at 100% of all transactions and base our audit plan on the riskiest items that show up. It's much more likely for us to find anomalies by using this tool rather than random sampling. While we don't currently rely on the tool for SOX testing purposes, it's still worthwhile for us to review what MindBridge scores as high risk. Aside from the tool itself, the team at MindBridge are super easy to work with, helpful, knowledgable, and responsive. Overall been a good experience so far! **What do you dislike about MindBridge?** Reviewing our GL data in a different format than we are used to as auditors has a bit of a learning curve. However, once we got the hang of the tool and how it works, how to tag populations to be excluded or to be reviewed, it's becoming quite useful. **What problems is MindBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to focus our efforts on unusual journal entries as opposed to random sampling. The control points in MindBridge that cause entries to be tagged as 'high risk' are well thought out and easy to understand. ### 44. Compared to before larger accounts meant larger estimates but now I just input my data sit back and let the program do the analysis which narrows the transactions that I need to take a closer look at. **What do you dislike about MindBridge?** The only downside to using MindBridge is that it can be time-consuming to MAP the codes.
