The only downside is that it takes a little time to get comfortable with the platform at first, especially for folks who haven’t used AI tools before. The API interface is very powerful and complete, helping me to build the solution to prepare, load and map the data according to the required to the platform.

I already worked with Data lake solutions building accounting analysis and 70% of my time I spent preparing the data and trying to create analysis accounding to the Business users and Accounting staff, and the process is so much easier using Mindbridge.

Better integration to Power BI to create customized report.

The platform has very good reports and it is possible to export the data and create analysis in the Power BI, but I hope to have direct way to do that, like a connector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the completeness report and ability to pivot off of risk points like 2 digit benfords. Mindbridge is very useful when it comes to working with large general ledger activity and being able to customize and creatively select transactions that may stick out as more risky. I also love the trends analysis that can populate after a few years of data as it is very helpful in seeing the bigger picture. Mindbridge is easy to use and exporting to Excel is probably the most fluid part of it. Implementation was quite easy and customer support has always been rapid help. I needed help with exporting certain graphs and a service worker helped me in minutes through a live chat! very useful. I'd say I use mindbridge on almost every week. I don't like how sometimes when I am sifting through transactions and trying to select some, I have to click the little tiny select box but instead I accidentally click on just the transaction itself and itll open up the detail of that transaction and then when i go back to my selected list, it deselects everything and I have to reselect. I also don't like how there's no good way to just export pictures of the graphs instead of having to create a whole excel with it when you export from the trends analysis page. I like the plethora of resources that MindBridge provides, whether that's FAQs to direct communication with MindBridge help support. Once the data is ingested, I love the month-to-month trend analysis. It's so much quicker to pull the trend analysis directly from MindBridge than to build out a whole line chart in excel. It also helps me to not have to go back to my audit client and ask them for more reports because they are already sick of me asking questions. MindBridge saves me a lot of time in the long run. MindBridge is not very intuitive and takes exposure to get familiar with the processes. There are certain parts of data ingestion that I do because I know that I need to do it but I don't understand why I need to do it.
