It's also such a seamless implementation. The knowledge base has significantly improved over time and the customer support team is always extremely quick to respond, and you get their response via email so you don't miss it. The Trullion support team always relays painpoints or process improvement opportunities to their software development team, and I have seen many of our suggestions actually come to fruition. Their reports are great for month-end close entries related to ASC 842 and disclosures required for financial reporting purposes. Overall my experience with Trullion has been pleasant. As an ASC 842 expert at a consulting firm, I have experience using many different lease softwares, and this software is SO much easier to use than many of their competitors, it is by-far my favorite lease software I've used. **What do you dislike about Trullion?** Trullion can be a little slower when it comes to running reports that include upwards of 1,000 leases. Also as far as I know, there isn't a way to duplicate a lease, which would be a helpful feature when dealing with leases of similar nature. Trullion will not calculate prorated payments into your schedule. You will need to manually change any payments that are for a partial month for example. AI functionality of extracting key information is not very impressive. It often pulls dates from other parts of the document. When I was first assigned the duty of tracking our leases in this database, I looked to the knowledge base on their website and watched some past webinars in which they were giving training on the program. After just one watch I felt confident enough to conquer the task and was able to do just that. Sara Friedman has been our point of contact and after meeting with her this morning I'd say the staff is just as great as the program. **What do you dislike about Trullion?** I've been using Trullion since roughly January of 2023, and can say that there is not a whole lot that I don't like about the program. The only issue that I have personally ran into is the AI not acknowleding certain phrases or terms in their entirety. For example, one most contracts, we are the lessee as Turning Point of Central California, Inc. - however the AI only ever picks up "Central California, Inc." as the lessee. **What problems is Trullion solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a nonprofit organization it is more than vital that we track all of our assets to the tee, and even moreso important that we track our leased assets and the financial obligations that come with them. We use Trullion as a one stop shop to track all of our leased assets from cars, to buildings, to copier machines. The user interface is the best in class since it's been designed using the most modern technology with the end-user experience in mind. The customer support is comprehensive and in my experience they are very responsive and client-centric. Sara Friedman from Trullion was incredible to work with. She was able to answer all our questions about how to handle leases in Trullion and was very knowledgeable about ASC 840 and ASC 842. We also like the fact that leases can be entered manually or uploaded via PDF's or templates giving the user options. The tool calculates all adoption and all monthly lease entries, which was very important to us. Subleases can be handled through Trullion, which was also important to us. **What do you dislike about Trullion?** We could not import the interest rates via a template for the various leases, so that had to be entered manually. It would be better if the users could import interest rates all at once. **What problems is Trullion solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our current ERP doesn't handle everything for leases, so Trullion allows us to have it all in one place. We weren't told about these until I asked a question and it came up the feature doesn't work yet. If the question hadn't been asked I'm not sure we would have been told that it wasn't working even though it looked available. This led us to ask about other features that may be the same way. The specific example of these was the locking down journals, so anything changed after that date would be caught in a catch up journal entry. **What problems is Trullion solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are solving our problem of implementing ASC 842, previously our leases were kept in an Excel spreadsheet.
