Frank's incredible work on defining our brand architecture left me very happy with our company name, logo, and word mark. Shandra did a fantastic job, always being responsive and keeping the process seamless. Thrive understood my business in-depth, which gives me confidence in continuing our partnership. I'm particularly picky, so it's hard to say if I'm being overbearing or just exacting, but I wish the website launch day had gone more smoothly. There were issues with the MX numbers connecting to my email account, which resulted in lost time and affected my ability to respond to clients quickly.
