The system has too many flaws. **What do you dislike about The Rand Platform?** Their reports are useless. When running mileage reports, we received reports for negative mileage. When we asked tech support, they said the system was working as intended. Reviewing trip history data, location data, etc was very hit or miss. There would be lots of data missing. **What problems is The Rand Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was meant to be an Electronic Logging Device and platform. It created more problems than it solved. The hardware caused trucks to derate and enter limp mode, requiring a mechanic to reset the truck. The driver app was finicky and prone to freezing up. The admin portal was difficult to navigate and we could not trust the data. ### 2. It is also simple to use. Also gives service from large to small sector. It helps in making our fleet more efficient. It is also easy to implement. Customer Support is also good **What do you dislike about The Rand Platform?** Currently there is noting to dislike Rand platform **What problems is The Rand Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps in providing live location tracking, asset monitoring also provide fault alerts which helps in increasing efficiency. Previously we were not able to track drivers activity which is now a good help ### 3.
