"The Rand Platform is problematic"

What do you like best about The Rand Platform?

There are no upsides in my experience. The system has too many flaws. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Rand Platform?

Their reports are useless. When running mileage reports, we received reports for negative mileage. When we asked tech support, they said the system was working as intended.

Reviewing trip history data, location data, etc was very hit or miss. There would be lots of data missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is The Rand Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was meant to be an Electronic Logging Device and platform. It created more problems than it solved. The hardware caused trucks to derate and enter limp mode, requiring a mechanic to reset the truck. The driver app was finicky and prone to freezing up. The admin portal was difficult to navigate and we could not trust the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
