**What do you like best about The Extract Systems Platform?**

I have realized that the software is capable of mining the data from a set of unstructured documents, and that is quite useful for my team. The workflow that previously took hours type text from invoices, contracts, and other documents is performed by The Extract Systems Platform.

**What do you dislike about The Extract Systems Platform?**

It appears to contain some issues in the type of files it accepts to be hosted. There are always problems with less common types of files like scans of documents with unusual layouts or graphics files in bizarre formats.

**What problems is The Extract Systems Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Extract Systems Platform has led to decreased work load by cutting down on data entry input work. It simplifies the capturing of important information from various documents to enable the team to work on tasks that require analytical skills.
