With the forthcoming end of support and future decommissioning of SAP EasyDMS, “The Elephant” fills the need for a replacement front end solution to SAP DMS with enhanced features to ensure your business is not impacted. Built around the latest SAP technology it is easy to install and offers a seamless integration to your existing front end. The architecture of the solution adheres to all SAP standards and follows the Fiori, UI5 and O-Data recommendations, ensuring that the solutions offered are ready for the forthcoming SAP HANA release. In addition the OData elements can be offered as separate components and can be used independently of the main product. “The Elephant” is fully GDPR compliant as the system is a front end one that does not manipulate or exposes data other than what is already provided in the DMS documents.

**What do you like best about THE ELEPHANT DMS?**

The Elephant is the unique replacement for the decommissioned SAP Easy DMS. It has a greater breadth of functionality and a easier more intuitive UI than its predecessor. Its simple, built upon SAP and Fiori standards, the architecture allows for a degree of customization and the support that the company offers includes regular version releases and updated features.

**What do you dislike about THE ELEPHANT DMS?**

Nothing to dislike at the moment. As the solution is updated we can expect more features.

**Recommendations to others considering THE ELEPHANT DMS:**

I would make a definitive list of use cases that you currently operate with SAP Easy DMS or any SAP DMS product. Contact Netcare International and discuss the use cases and requirements with them.

**What problems is THE ELEPHANT DMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we are solving is the absence of a  user friendly UI for the SAP ERP. The benefits include the increase in performance and work flows. The simplified processes and increase efficiency. The fact that the UI is now more user friendly has increased it usage across the business and has resulted in greater opportunities to collaborate in projects. This in turn has allowed the business to review and consolidate the number of solutions employed , resulting in cost efficiency and savings.
