As part of the project, I requested an integration for one of our core features. However, I later discovered (after AirDev delivered the feature) that the cost of running the integration was simply not sustainable for our business. Airdev's overall process and its Canvas framework certainly has its advantages, but the downside of the highly structured approach is that it makes testing ideas that are not fully scoped or conceived are little difficult. We missed the ability to throw some ideas around and see what the developer might come up with.
