**What do you like best about The Bridge Group, Inc.?**

Extremely knowledgeable and experienced.  Well-versed in latest innovations in prospecting, best practices, and tools.  Unique skills and strong approach.  I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and recommend them frequently.  Just a great team of people, as well.  A joy to work with.

Nothing.  I have had nothing but positive experiences.

**What do you like best about The Bridge Group, Inc.?**

Working with TBG was extremely easy as they took the time to understand our goals and helped us create our SDR program and playbook. They are spot on with their metrics, are extremely knowledgeable about the SDR process, and were willing to spend the time necessary to help us successfully launch the program. Being a Tech CEO I especially appreciate that they are able to backup their recommendations with hard data.

**What do you dislike about The Bridge Group, Inc.?**

The SDR comp plan they initially helped us design, turned out to be a bit complex to calculate effectively, however, it was more a function of our pricing and qualification model than a defect.

**What problems is The Bridge Group, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped us to design an outbound SDR program to drive outbound lead generation and to improve the execution for our inbound leads. When we engaged with TBG, neither my VP Sales or VP Marketing had experience designing or running an SDR team / motion, so we engaged TBG to help us get the program running from organization to tech stack to hiring and execution. Our program has been in place for about 13 months and it is delivering real pipeline into our sales funnel.

**What do you like best about The Bridge Group, Inc.?**

The Bridge Group worked with Service Objects to help guide us when we were updating our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and hiring additional Account Executives and SDRs. Their knowledge and resources helped us come up an action plan. They were also very responsive and great to work with on a 1-1 basis.

**What do you dislike about The Bridge Group, Inc.?**

Nothing we disliked about the Bridge Group to note here.

**What problems is The Bridge Group, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Bridge Group helped us create job descriptions, determine salary ranges and aided in setting our expectations for training and ramp-up time for new hires for the Sales Team. The result was we were able to execute the hiring plan with confidence knowing that we solid research and knowledge backing our assumptions.

They were amazing to work with, knowledgeable about best practices, and had data to back up their recommendations.  In general, they did a great deal of the written work we needed to offload, and I found them to be very organized in reaching our deliverables.

**What do you dislike about The Bridge Group, Inc.?**

I don't think there was anything to dislike about working with the Bridge Group.

**Recommendations to others considering The Bridge Group, Inc.:**

My advice to other organizations thinking about using TBG is undoubtedly do it.  You want to ensure that you take the process seriously and provide them with adequate insights and efforts to produce something great.  One of the things that we benefited from the most was leveraging the team to bounce ideas around phrasing and message structure.  Our interactions with outbound prospecting have 5x since putting their program in place.

We reached out to TBG to build a more formalized process for our SDR team that we were creating from scratch.  We leveraged their expertise and insights to ensure we were building a framework from their years of proven experience.  Our goal with the SDR team was to move up-market in our account targeting and pipeline generation.

As a new professional in the field of Business Development, I recently had the privilege of working with The Bridge Group for their consulting services tailored to BDRs. From the very start, The Bridge Group demonstrated a deep understanding of the challenges faced by BDRs and offered guidance and coaching to build confidence in our abilities.

The results of our engagement with The Bridge Group have been impressive. Not only did we witness a significant uptick in our BDR team's performance, but we also experienced a renewed sense of enthusiasm and motivation from our team.

Make sure you have ownership of the project on your side well defined.  Ensure you engage and are responsive to requests for feedback or information.  The outcome will be as good as what you provide in terms of inputs and active participation.

**What problems is The Bridge Group, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a well structured playbook to assist SDRs and AEs to systematically prospect and target outbound efforts. The challenges we were trying to overcome was around standardizing the ideal persons we wish to target, the pain points these personas care about, sample emails and call scripts and lastly measuring the progress and success of outbound efforts.

I highly recommend the Bridge Group, as they took a new inexperienced group, of Inside sales Representatives, guiding them in the methods and process of selling products to cold call prospects in a very short time period. The additional follow trainings reinforced the initial training and kept the team performing at a peak level.

They worked with the Inside Sales Team to train in and organize the sales process and to assist me in managing the expectations and achieving results.

-Having them on site was always excellent and, although easy to reach, it wasn't the same experience virtually

The only capacity I worked with the TBG in was handling the building of a brand-new sales development program. In that regard, they were the gold standard. I felt lucky to work with the team I did and would highly recommend anyone else in the sales development world to take advantage of their expertise and strategy.

TBG helped completely build our SDR program from the ground up. They provided an entire playbook for the team as well as built the overall strategy for the long term.

Definitely worth working with the Bridge Group if you are trying to coach up your sales team on booking better quality meetings.

We were working on having better outreach to potential new businesses. We found our emails and calls were having a low response rate. With the Bridge Group, we were able to book more meetings and have better outcomes.

Very data-driven and hands-on in their analysis of the business and go to market structure.  Deep interviews across the full structure of the company  that delivers insightful recommendations for impactful change.

Very little.  As I mentioned, I have used their services on three separate occasions over the past 7+ years.
