It puts each event in one shared workspace: guest lists and RSVPs, e-cards and an event website, floor plans and seating charts, timelines, to-do lists, budgets and payment tracking, vendor management, contracts with e-signature, questionnaires, mood boards and guest accommodation. A built-in leads CRM tracks inquiries. A client portal carries the planner's own logo and colors, and couples and collaborators join it free and comment in real time. One flat monthly subscription covers unlimited events. TTO works in multiple languages and currencies, which suits destination weddings, and it handles corporate events, birthdays and anniversaries as well as weddings.
