Ben is very user friendly and easy to navigate through. I like the design of it which makes it is easy to see how much funds I have available on my account or how much I've spent. Ben is a great platform because I can use this benefit for nearly any kind of expense that I desire, so unlike other benefit providers I am not really limited in terms of what services/goods I can spend the funds on. The UX design is really nice, meaning that the interface is really straight forward and quite intuitive to use. The process is always straight forwars regarding reimbursements. The only things I would change is the recommendadtions - they're not the best, and where the card is approved. I like the idea of a virtual card, but most places don't accept it. It's solving the issue of businesses having to do lots of admin in terms of giving their employees benefits. The process from a user side seems quite quick and straight forward. The website is easy to navigate; and it is great that you can choose to either pay via the ThanksBen pre-paid card, or submit an expense (especially if you're wanting only a partial-claim). The only other downside is the ambiguity around what can be classed as a health and wellbeing benefit; and as a manager of a team of six, it can create quite a lot of questions from people. It's solving the problem of how can we as a business support staff in a meaningful way during the cost of living crisis. The service itself is just a great concept, far better than benefits I've received at previous companies. There has been an issue accessing company-issued rewards, which to my knowledge is yet to be resolved, but as mentioned customer service were helpful and able to provide a short-term solution to this. If I'm running low on cash before payday, and feel the need to treat myself, I know I have that option.
