TeXnicCenter is in my opinion the best editor for LaTeX documents. It is very comprehensive, and integrated a plethora of tools, including for compilation and visualization of the generated documents.It works very well with the integration of BibTeX files for references. What I dislike the most about it is that it is only available on windows platform. They are not developing a Mac version of it, which is really annoying.

There is also a bit of a learning curve to find all the tools, but if you are already familiar with LaTeX, that shouldn't be much of an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best thing regarding TexnicCenter is there are many customization options available from where we can make presentations easily by using their package beamer. In Texnic, we can also create our own content style, our own theme by using just a simple command. Also, it is free software to use, and we can also write articles, report samples, etc., in the application for which we don't require any kind of license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my opinion, there should be a function to copy anything like equation formulas from a PDF or Word document to the TexnicCenter application. This is the major con I have faced while using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about TexnicCenter (LaTex) is that we can make presentations using its package Beamer. Many customization options available, like it allows us to create our own themes and content styles with simple commands. One of the major cons is that we need to compile more than once to see the effect of some commands, like while writing a thesis the page numbers, list of content, list of tables, etc., can update after compiling a minimum of two times.
