I like how simple the interface is and how it integrates smoothly with the tools we already use. It works well for both manual and automated testing, and reporting is clear and straightforward. Support has also been quick and helpful whenever we’ve needed it. The environment of the software is totally virtual, catches the eyes and makes us feel futuristic. This software supports many languages; you can use it with any language. Software is secure with 256-bit encryption, which makes it end-to-end encrypted and secure for use. There is no limitation of the size of the software which you are going to test. **What do you dislike about Testuff?** There is noany trial or free version of the software, which disappoint me most. And another disappointment is that if you are a starter then this software is somehow cost you more. If we talked about the support system then it support only twelve users per session. As it support many languages, if our software is in other language then English then it generate many random numbers instead of generating any sentence. Whereas this software generate no any issue while our software is in English. **Recommendations to others considering Testuff:** It is a good platform for testing if anyone who can afford then it is the best platform, and I highly recommend for it **What problems is Testuff solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problem of quick and random checking of any software is solved , we can easily test our software and find out the bugs and defects. And the problem of the size of the software which we have to check is solved now we can easily test any size of the software quickly and easily. If we talked about benefit of the Testuff is that it works in both online and offline mode which makes our testing easy and faster. There are many features that lack in its competitors such as the Ticketing System, Integrated Trackers, Assignment of software based on teams, and a VIrtual environment to test any software. Testuff can be used on web-client as well as software(Offline) mode which is great for any software testing management software. Other Features includes Multilanguage software integration, Highly secured with a backup environment which is stored on 256-bit encrypted servers for maximum security and ultimate backup and also to use this software, you don't have to set up a server but we can just start using it right away **What do you dislike about Testuff?** Testuff has a support of 12 users per session which is a disappointment for many companies in which multiple developers are working on one module at the same time but this issue has already been reported and the company is working on it. Many times because of Multilanguage support, there are random numbers getting generated instead of any sentence. You won't face this issue if you are using this software in English. The support staff is very much helpful and fast but they only help if we raise a ticket but if we want instant support we have to buy a support plan which will increase costs. The price is also of the higher side which can be a pain for some companies with low expenditure. **What problems is Testuff solving and how is that benefiting you?** As mentioned above, the biggest problem of getting all the developers to work on multiple modules at the same time along with Milestone improvements is solved by this software. If we see the competition such as Zephyr, they are only offline mode solution by testuff provides both offline as well as online software solution which is a plus point to using for any organization. ### 5. Their response time and professional level is outstanding. For me this is a winning card. At the product level I find it straightforward and easy to work with. I found every feature I needed just where I expected it. It feels like many years of feedback brought the UX to be smooth and pleasant. The recording feature is just awesome! The system seems stable and I didn't trip on any bug. There are plenty of available bug tracking systems integration and that's a most crucial feature for us. **What do you dislike about Testuff?** On the downside, the time it took Testuff to release the web-based app was a bit too long IMHO but the wait was worth it. **Recommendations to others considering Testuff:** Great support level. Simple to use. Takes practically minutes to pick up and start using. **What problems is Testuff solving and how is that benefiting you?** Maintaining the high quality of the software systems we make is a prime business goal. I use Testuff as one of the tools that helps me maintain this level. 90% of the tests are regression tests and we benefit by lowering the cost of tracking them. ### 9. I especially liked the fact that it provides multiple ways to access my data over the web or through a cool desktop client. **What do you dislike about Testuff?** I didn't like the fact that Testuff desktop client doesn't work on Linux. Had to leave these machines out for this test cycle. **What problems is Testuff solving and how is that benefiting you?** Testing helps to get testing done easier and faster, while not enforcing you to change any other tool in your environment as it integrates with our bug tracker and automation tool.
