## Testlify Reviews
 ### 1. Testlify Streamlined and Standardized Our Candidate Screening Across Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin T. | Head of People Operations, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

Before we introduced Testlify, one of the challenges we had was keeping candidate evaluations consistent across different departments, especially when hiring both academic and administrative roles.

Now, once candidates apply, we send out assessments as part of the initial screening stage. After they complete them, our team reviews the results and uses that to decide who should move forward to interviews. That process has made it easier to align hiring decisions across teams instead of relying only on resumes or individual judgment.

The platform itself is simple to use, and it doesn’t take much effort for hiring managers to check results and give feedback, which helps keep things moving without delays.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

One area that could be improved is flexibility when working with assessments. In some cases, it would be helpful to adjust existing tests more easily instead of creating new ones.

It’s not a major issue, but it can slow things down slightly when working across multiple roles.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we spent a lot of time reviewing applications and conducting early interviews just to understand basic skill levels, which wasn’t always efficient.

Now, candidates are evaluated first through assessments, and only those who meet the expected level move forward. This has made the process more structured and reduced the time spent on initial screening, while also improving consistency across hires.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're delighted to hear that Testlify has helped standardize candidate screening across your teams and made the hiring process more efficient and consistent.

We also appreciate your input regarding the flexibility of editing existing tests. Your suggestion has been noted and shared with our product team.

 ### 2. Helps structure candidate evaluations and makes interviews more focused

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sibi G. | Hiring Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

One thing that stood out after using Testlify for a while is how it helps bring more structure into the evaluation process, especially when multiple roles are involved.

In our hiring process, we typically send assessments before interviews, and the results give us a clearer idea of what to focus on during follow-up conversations. It’s been helpful in guiding discussions rather than relying only on resumes or initial impressions.

The reports are detailed enough to highlight strengths and gaps, which makes it easier to align with the rest of the hiring team when deciding who should move forward.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

One area that could be improved is flexibility within reports. While the insights are useful, having more control over how results are presented or customized would make them even more practical for different use cases.

It’s not a major issue, but something that could add more value over time.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Testlify, a lot of our evaluation depended on multiple interview rounds to properly assess candidates, which took time and sometimes led to inconsistent feedback.

Now, we’re able to identify key areas earlier through assessments, so interviews are more focused and fewer rounds are needed. This has helped reduce the overall time spent in the hiring process while still keeping evaluations structured and objective.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're glad to hear that Testlify has brought more structure to your evaluation process and helped make your interviews more focused and efficient.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding report customization. Your input has been shared with our product team for future consideration.

 ### 3. Reliable, Straightforward Assessments for Standardized Hiring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrienn J. | Senior Talent Acquisition Manage, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

In our case, as part of a larger talent acquisition team, we needed something that could handle assessments across different roles without making the process overly complicated, and Testlify has been fairly reliable for that.

We use it to send assessments early in the hiring process, especially for technical and mid-level roles, and it helps standardize how candidates are evaluated before interviews. The variety of tests is useful, and the platform is straightforward enough that recruiters and hiring managers can both navigate it without much friction.

The reporting is also helpful it gives a quick overview of candidate performance while still allowing us to review specific areas when needed.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

One thing we’ve noticed is that some of the more advanced features, like deeper analytics or report customization, can take a bit of time to fully get used to.

Also, during periods of higher usage, there have been occasional delays or minor performance issues, although they haven’t significantly affected our workflow.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Testlify, ensuring consistency across different recruiters and roles was a challenge, especially when evaluating candidates at scale.

Now, we’re able to apply a more standardized approach to screening, which reduces subjectivity and makes it easier to compare candidates across teams. It’s also helped speed up the early stages of hiring, since we’re focusing interviews on candidates who have already demonstrated the required skills.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you Adrienn for sharing your feedback. We understand that deeper analytics and report customization may have a learning curve, and we appreciate your patience as we continue to improve our platform. We're also actively working to address any performance issues during peak usage to ensure a seamless experience for all users.

 ### 4. Testlify Makes Early Candidate Skill Screening Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick E. | Recruiter, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

In our recruiting workflow, one of the things that’s worked well with Testlify is how easy it is to send out structured assessments early in the process.

We usually assign tests right after candidates apply, and it gives us a clearer picture of their skills before we move to interviews. The variety of assessments helps depending on the role whether it’s more technical or general and the setup is quick enough that it doesn’t slow things down.

It’s also simple to navigate, so managing multiple candidates at once hasn’t been an issue for the team.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

One thing I’ve noticed is that some assessments can feel a bit broad for more specific roles, so it sometimes takes extra time to find the best fit or adjust the setup.

It’s not a major issue, but having more flexibility there would make it even better.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Testlify, a lot of our early screening relied on resumes and initial calls, which didn’t always reflect a candidate’s actual skill level.

Now, we’re able to filter candidates earlier based on how they perform in assessments, which makes interviews more focused. It’s helped us reduce time spent on unqualified applicants and made the overall hiring process more consistent.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad to hear that Testlify has helped streamline your early candidate screening and made the hiring process more consistent and efficient.

We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding assessment breadth for more specific roles. Your input has been shared with our product team for continued improvement.

 ### 5. Screening

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adarsh T. | Financial Analyst, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

UI/ UX:
Testlify has a modern, clean, and easy-to-use interface. It's easy to find your way around, so recruiters can make tests and look at candidate results without having to learn a lot. The dashboard is well-organized, which makes it easier to use overall.

Integrations:
It works with popular ATS platforms and tools, which makes the hiring process easier. But making it easier to connect to more HR systems could make it even more flexible.

How well it works:
The platform works well, with quick loading times and few problems. Even when working with multiple candidates at once, test execution and result processing go smoothly.

Price / Return on Investment:
Testlify is a good deal, especially for small and medium-sized businesses. Automating the screening of candidates saves a lot of time and effort, which makes it a good investment.

Help / Getting Started:
It's easy to get started with the service because the documentation is clear and the customer service is quick to respond. The support team usually answers questions quickly, which makes the first setup process easy.

AI and Intelligence:
Testlify uses AI to improve candidate evaluation by using automated scoring and skill-based tests. It works well, but more advanced AI insights, like deeper behavioral analysis, could make it even better.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

There are some problems with Testlify, even though it works well for standardized hiring. The platform depends a lot on pre-made tests, which may not be as useful for evaluating skills that are specific to a job or that are useful in real life. Some tests don't go into enough detail (for example, they don't include enough coding or real-world task simulation), which makes it harder to judge advanced candidates.

Also, the credit-based pricing model could get expensive as more people are hired, especially for teams that are growing. There aren't many options for customization, and making tests that are very specific can be hard.

From the user's point of view, there have been times when they were worried about the quality of the questions or the fact that some tests were not consistent. This can make the experience for candidates less enjoyable.

There are also some small operational problems, like not being able to combine multiple tests easily and sometimes having to wait longer for support to respond.

Finally, like many other standardized testing platforms, it may not fully measure soft skills, creativity, or how well someone does their job in the real world, especially for senior or complex roles.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify replaces resumes with skill-based tests to fix inefficient screening. It saves time by automating tasks, makes hiring more accurate, lowers bias, and cuts down on bad hires. This helps me focus on the best candidates, speed up the hiring process, and make decisions about who to hire faster and with more confidence.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you for your detailed and balanced review. We're glad to hear that Testlify's UI/UX, integrations, performance, and AI capabilities have added value to your screening process — especially in replacing resume-based filtering with skill-based assessments.

We also truly appreciate your constructive feedback regarding:

The need for more customizable and role-specific tests

Concerns around credit-based pricing for high-volume hiring

Inconsistent question quality and test simulation depth

Limitations in measuring soft skills and real-world job performance

Your input has been shared with our product and pricing teams for ongoing improvement. Thank you again for helping us grow.

 ### 6. Testlify Streamlined Our Candidate Screening with Easy Assessments and Clear Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy C. | Chief Operating Officer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

As a COO in a small software development team, we needed a more consistent way to screen candidates without slowing down the hiring process, and Testlify has helped with that.

We use it early in the hiring flow to send assessments after candidates apply, which allows us to evaluate their skills before scheduling interviews. The platform is easy to navigate, and setting up assessments doesn’t take much time, which is important for a smaller team without a dedicated recruiting function.

The variety of available tests has also been helpful for assessing different roles, and the reporting gives a clear overview of candidate performance, making it easier to decide who should move forward.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

One limitation we’ve noticed is around customization. For more specific roles, it would be useful to have greater flexibility in modifying assessments instead of creating new ones from scratch.

It would also help to see more niche test options added over time, especially for specialized skill sets.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Testlify, a lot of our screening relied on resumes and initial conversations, which didn’t always reflect a candidate’s actual ability.

Now, we’re able to assess candidates earlier and make more informed decisions based on their performance. For a small team, this has made the hiring process more structured and reduced the time spent on initial evaluations.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you for sharing your detailed experience. We're glad to hear that Testlify has helped streamline your candidate screening process and made hiring more structured and efficient for your team.

We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding customization options and the availability of more niche tests. Your input has been shared with our product team for continued improvement.

 ### 7. Testlify’s Exceptional, Customer-First Support for Custom Dynamic & Scalable Assessments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Codewinglet P. | Hiring Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

What stands out the most about Testlify is their exceptional support team. They are highly responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in solving customer problems rather than giving generic replies. During a critical hiring phase on our end, their team went above and beyond to troubleshoot complex issues related to our React + Vite setup, including preview rendering and HMR support.

They didn’t just provide temporary fixes, they involved their technical team, implemented platform-level improvements, and even created proper documentation tailored to our own specific use case. Their willingness to listen to feedback, act on it quickly, and maintain clear communication throughout made a huge difference for us.

Overall, the combination of strong technical capability and customer-first support makes Testlify a very reliable platform for conducting assessments at scale.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

There’s nothing to dislike. Any minor issues we encountered were addressed promptly by their support team, which makes the overall experience very positive.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify helps us streamline and standardize our technical hiring process, especially at scale. We regularly conduct interview drives with 50+ candidates, and managing consistent evaluation, real-world coding assessments, and candidate experience used to be a challenge.

With Testlify, we’re able to create customized, role-specific assessments (like React-based coding challenges) and ensure every candidate is evaluated in a structured and fair way. The built-in coding environment and preview capabilities allow candidates to work in a more practical, real-world setup, which improves the quality of evaluation.

This has significantly reduced our manual effort, improved screening efficiency, and helped us identify stronger candidates faster. Overall, it has made our hiring process more reliable, scalable, and time-efficient.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you for such a detailed and generous review. We're truly honored to hear that our support team made a meaningful difference during your critical hiring phase.

It's especially rewarding to know that our collaborative approach, going beyond generic fixes to implement platform improvements and tailored documentation, helped resolve your React + Vite challenges. Feedback like yours reinforces our commitment to being a true partner in your hiring success.

We're also delighted that Testlify is helping you streamline and scale your technical hiring, from customized coding assessments to consistent candidate evaluation.

Thank you for trusting us with your hiring process. We look forward to continuing to support your team.

 ### 8. Testlify Streamlined Our Screening and Early Skills Assessments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah M. | Principal Recruiter, Mental Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

In our case as a recruiting team in mental health care, we were trying to make our screening process more consistent across different roles, and Testlify has helped a lot with that.

We now use it to send assessments early in the hiring process, which allows us to evaluate candidates on actual skills before moving to interviews. It’s made things more structured and easier for both recruiters and hiring managers to align on decisions.

It also integrates well with Lever, which we’re already using as our ATS, so moving candidates into assessments doesn’t require extra manual steps. Overall, it’s been fairly easy to manage and navigate.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

One area that could be improved is the reporting side. The summaries are helpful, but for larger hiring needs, having more detailed insights or deeper analytics would make it easier to compare candidates at a more granular level.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Testlify, a lot of our early screening relied on resumes and initial impressions, which made it harder to maintain consistency, especially when multiple recruiters were involved.

Now, we’re able to standardize how candidates are evaluated and reduce some of that subjectivity. It’s also made the process more efficient since we’re spending less time on initial screening and focusing more on candidates who already meet the required criteria.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Testlify has helped streamline your screening process and make it more consistent across different roles. Integrating well with Lever and providing a structured approach for evaluating candidates are some of the key benefits we aim to offer.

 ### 9. Testlify Streamlines Hiring with Easy Assessments and Clear Results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan V. | Head of People Operation, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

As Head of People Operations in a growing software team, we needed a more structured way to handle hiring across different roles, and Testlify has been useful in that regard.

We use it regularly to send out assessments as part of the early screening process, and it helps standardize how candidates are evaluated before interviews. The platform is fairly easy to use, and the variety of available tests makes it easier to match assessments to different roles across the organization.

Another thing that’s been helpful is how results are presented it gives a clear overview while still allowing us to dig into specific areas when needed, which supports better decision-making during shortlisting.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

One limitation we’ve come across is around customization. For certain roles, it would be useful to make more flexible edits to existing assessments instead of having to recreate them from scratch.

Also, while support is generally responsive, there have been a few instances where follow-ups took longer than expected. It’s not a major issue, but improving consistency there would make the experience smoother.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Testlify, managing assessments across multiple roles and teams was more manual and inconsistent, which made it harder to compare candidates fairly.

Now, we’re able to standardize the screening process and reduce the time spent coordinating assessments across teams. It has made hiring more organized and scalable, especially as the company continues to grow.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful feedback. We're delighted to hear that Testlify has helped standardize your hiring process, improved decision-making, and made screening more organized and scalable for your growing software team.

We also appreciate your constructive input regarding assessment customization and support follow-up consistency. Your comments have been shared with our product and support teams for continued improvement.

 ### 10. Straightforward Setup and Fast, Clear Candidate Screening with Testlify

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Len M. | Chief Operating Officer, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

One thing that stood out pretty quickly with Testlify is how straightforward it is to get assessments up and running. As a COO in a small e-learning team, we don’t have a dedicated hiring department, so having something that doesn’t require a lot of setup has been important for us.

We usually send assessments right after candidates apply, and it helps us get a clearer sense of their skills before moving into interviews. The results are easy to review, and the structure makes it simpler to compare candidates without overcomplicating things. It’s saved us a fair amount of time, especially during early stage screening.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

I wouldn’t say there are major issues, but there are times when the instructions or test flow could be a bit clearer, especially for candidates who aren’t used to online assessments.

It’s not something that happens often, but improving that part could make the experience smoother overall.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Testlify, most of our screening was based on resumes and short initial calls, which didn’t always give a clear picture of a candidate’s actual ability. That sometimes meant spending time on interviews that didn’t lead anywhere.

Now, we’re able to assess candidates earlier in the process and filter more effectively based on their skills. For a small team like ours, that’s made hiring feel more structured and less time-consuming, while still helping us move forward with candidates who are a better fit.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that Testlify has helped your small e-learning team streamline early-stage screening and make the hiring process more structured and efficient.

We also appreciate your input regarding test instructions and flow clarity for candidates. Your comments have been shared with our team for continued improvement.

 ### 11. Testlify Speeds Up Developer Screening with Strong Technical Assessments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mohammad K. | Engineering Manager , Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

What stood out to me early on with Testlify is the range of assessments available, especially for technical roles. As an Engineering Manager, we’ve been using it to screen developers before interviews, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how quickly we can identify strong candidates.

Instead of spending time manually reviewing every applicant, we send out assessments as part of the initial stage, and the automated scoring helps us focus only on candidates who meet the required skill level. The interface is also fairly easy to navigate, so setting up and managing tests hasn’t been an issue for our team.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

One area that could be improved is the pricing structure it can feel a bit restrictive depending on how frequently you’re hiring, especially when you’re scaling a team.

Also, while the platform works well most of the time, there have been a few instances where candidates experienced minor technical issues during assessments. It’s not frequent, but having more flexibility or recovery options in those cases would be helpful.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Testlify, evaluating technical skills especially when building out a team required a lot of manual effort from senior engineers. It wasn’t always scalable, and it slowed down the hiring process.

Now, we’re able to assess candidates earlier and more consistently without depending entirely on internal resources. This has reduced the time spent on initial screening and helped us move faster when hiring for technical roles, while still maintaining a good level of evaluation.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. As an Engineering Manager, your perspective on technical screening is incredibly valuable to us.

We're delighted to hear that Testlify has helped your team identify strong candidates more quickly, reduced manual effort from senior engineers, and made the initial screening process more scalable and consistent.

We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the pricing structure and occasional technical issues candidates have faced. Your comments about needing more flexibility and recovery options have been noted and shared with our product team for ongoing improvement.

Thank you again for partnering with Testlify.

 ### 12. Easy-to-Set-Up Assessments with Time-Saving Auto-Scoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinshita T. | Lead-Talent Acquisition , Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

What I like most is how easy it is to set up assessments and send them to candidates without much back and forth. In our case, we use Testlify early in the hiring process to evaluate both teaching and administrative roles, and it really helps standardize how we assess applicants.

The range of available tests is also useful we’ve been able to cover both technical and soft skills depending on the role. Once candidates complete the assessments, the automatic scoring makes it easier to quickly identify who should move forward, which saves a lot of time for our team.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

One thing I’ve noticed is that some of the tests can feel a bit general depending on the position, so it sometimes takes extra effort to find the best fit or adjust the assessment accordingly.

Also, while the platform is quite straightforward overall, having a bit more guidance or preview options for certain tests could make the setup process even smoother.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Testlify, we spent a lot of time manually reviewing applications and trying to gauge candidate ability during interviews. Now, we’re able to assess candidates upfront based on their actual skills, which helps us filter out unqualified applicants much earlier.

This has made our hiring process more structured and consistent, and it’s reduced the time spent on initial screening while improving the quality of candidates we move forward with.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed feedback. We're delighted to hear that Testlify has helped standardize your hiring process, save time with auto-scoring, and improve the quality of candidates you move forward with.

We also appreciate your constructive input regarding test specificity and the need for better guidance or preview options. Your comments have been shared with our product team for continued improvement.

 ### 13. Our positive experience with Testlify

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Artem I. | Head of Learning | Global, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

We use Testlify to screen candidates' English proficiency in a consistent and effective way. I appreciate its substantial library of built-in tests on various subjects, along with the ability to create and customize company-specific tests. The user-friendly and intuitive interface, along with flexible configuration, accommodates various requirements. The reporting and analytics are comprehensive and easy to use. I also value the streamlined functionality and the Testlify team's super-responsive support. The initial setup was very easy, pretty much plug-and-play, which was a huge advantage.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

On rare occasions the platform's behavior is kind of unstable. Some features that were working well without any issues suddenly 'break' for no apparent reason, and require investigation from Testlify's team.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify helps us consistently and effectively screen candidates' English proficiency and identify employees' English learning needs. We also use it for other assessments sometimes, such as leadership competencies.

**Official Response from Anuraag Surany Raman:**

I really like how Testlify makes the interview process smooth and flexible for me. I appreciate that I can complete it anytime I want, without needing to schedule a specific time, and it's super easy and fast. What I like the most about Testlify is how it feels like two people are recording Loom at different times but come together to make it feel more like a real-time interview. When the interviewer records a video and I can watch it on my personalized Testlify link, I can create my own video in parallel, answering the questions. It feels as if the interviewer is right in front of me, and I'm talking to him on a video call, which makes the whole process engaging. The initial setup was super easy; it did not take more than a few minutes.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anshika A. | Sales Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

I like the test library as it has 3000 pre-built assessments covering multiple roles, which saves my time because I don't have to build assessments from scratch. I love its AI interviewing video feature that saves so much of my time by allowing candidates to record responses asynchronously, and the platform scores them automatically, so I only review the top ones. Also, the initial setup of Testlify was very easy, as it was not technical at all and was a very simple process.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

The reporting dashboard could use more customization, right now I have to export data to get the deeper insights I need. Custom filters, shareable candidate comparison, and role-based report templates would make it much more useful without needing to export data every time.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Testlify for candidate screening, saving time and ensuring objective assessment. It helps me find candidates with proven skills rather than relying solely on resumes.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're delighted to hear that Testlify's test library and AI video interviewing feature have saved you time and streamlined your candidate screening process.

We also greatly appreciate your suggestions regarding the reporting dashboard, including custom filters, shareable candidate comparisons, and role-based report templates. Your input has been shared with our product team for future enhancements.

 ### 17. Testlify: A Recruiter's Dream for Candidate Analysis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jyoti J. | Account Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

I like the quality of the questions, particularly the quantitative aptitude test which was wonderful. It's been a very long time since I attended such an engaging online test. The grammar test was also very nice, allowing you to think and reflect deeply. I enjoyed attending the test before the actual test, and it provided a valuable experience. I believe it's a great tool for recruiters to give candidates the experience of a real test. Additionally, the setup process was very easy, especially with the guide provided before attending the test. Testlify made it easier for me to handle test scores and navigate the testing process.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

Maybe you can rate, the timing that was the real struggle. But I believe if you think from the end of, recruiter, who's hiring someone, They definitely do need someone who can work on time, who can meet the deadlines. So it's a flow and con for me being a candidate. And if I'll be a recruiter, then definitely it's a pro for me. I can analyze the you know, problem solving skill of candidates. So it's both. I didn't felt any struggles. If I think of both ways.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify helps me assess candidates' English skills and grammar through well-crafted tests. It makes it easy to evaluate candidates' problem-solving abilities and provides a realistic test experience.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you Jyoti for sharing your detailed feedback for Testlify! We're thrilled to hear that you found the quality of the questions, especially the quantitative aptitude test, engaging and valuable. I used Testlify to make a test for a job application and I really appreciate its user-friendly features, easy navigation, and straightforward instructions. It allowed me to complete knowledge tests on my own time and pace, improving the user experience by reducing effort when answering questions and providing video and audio. It's also easy to understand what the recruiters are looking for, which is incredibly helpful.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

I didn't enjoy the constant microphone access, since sometimes I needed to do some other things while doing the test and it would send me alerts claiming that it is not allowed to speak during the test, as if I were in a school test, it's a bit annoying and I don't get the endgame here.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify allows me to complete knowledge tests on my own time and pace. Its user-friendly features, easy navigation, and straightforward instructions improve my user experience. It reduces effort on answering questions and helps me understand what recruiters are looking for.

 ### 20. Efficient Platform with Room for Feedback Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikas S. | Quality Assurance Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

I like that Testlify is clean and easy to navigate, with everything well-organized and clear, so I never felt confused about what to do next. That's a big plus, especially since other platforms can be messy and overwhelming. The questions were well-structured, not random, and felt relevant for the role. I appreciated that it wasn't just theoretical, but involved decision-making like a real job scenario, which made the assessment more meaningful. I also think Testlify's overall experience felt professional and structured, which gave me confidence that the company is serious about selecting the right candidate. From a technical perspective, the platform was stable without any crashes or loading issues, which is really important during assessments. I also found the setup to be really easy, as it's well-structured and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

I found that some sections had slight time pressure, and there were unclear and lengthy questions that could be improved. The feedback after completion felt limited, and it would be helpful if candidates got more data about their performance.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify is easy to navigate and well-organized, reducing confusion. It offers structured, relevant questions that mirror real job scenarios, making assessments meaningful. Its stability prevents tech glitches, ensuring a smooth experience.

**Official Response from Anuraag Surany Raman:**

> Thank you so much, Vikas, for your kind words. We really appreciate it!

 ### 21. Structured Evaluations with Smooth User Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Betzabe C.

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

I think Testlify was structured well. It felt very organized by sections, with the first section focusing on using Google Workspace applications like Sheets and Word. They provided really good questions that sometimes took me a few seconds to figure out because I had to recall how certain things worked. Overall, I enjoyed the organization and the questions the most. It's very easy to use, straightforward, and allows for simple navigation like clicking answers and submitting them.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

I think the last section was a Word document exam, and that wasn't proctored. I don't know if it was supposed to be or not. Maybe a heads up on that, I think, would be my only comment.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify made me turn on my critical thinking for the coordinator exam. It was well-structured with organized sections on Google Workspace, making it easy to use.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

 ### 22. Streamlined Hiring with Skill-Focused Assessments

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clovette C.

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

I like how simple and clear Testlify is to use. The instructions are straightforward, and the assessments feel directly connected to the role I was applying for. I appreciate that the test focuses on actual skills rather than just resumes, which feels fair and gave me a chance to really showcase my strengths. The structured format and smooth interface stand out for me. It reduces stress and makes the experience more professional compared to traditional hiring methods.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

One area that could be improved in Testlify is the length and pacing of some assessments. A few tests felt longer than expected, which can be tiring for candidates. It would also help if there were more practice questions or previews so applicants know what to expect before starting. While the platform is clear and easy to use, adding features like progress indicators or more flexible timing options could make the experience even smoother. Overall, these adjustments would reduce stress and make the process more candidate-friendly.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify streamlined the hiring process for me. I appreciated its focus on skills over resumes, offering a fair chance to showcase my abilities and saving time with clear, online assessments.

I appreciate being able to dive right into the problems without spending too long reading. Also, having the camera on gave me comfort knowing no one could cheat, which is a valuable feature during the test.

Possibly the usability. I tried my computer and the webcam didn’t connect. Tried Safari on my iPad and it wasn’t viable. Just a bit of an annoyance when I wanted to start the test.

Testlify provides complex yet short questions that let me dive right into solving problems, and the camera feature adds comfort by ensuring no cheating occurs.

 ### 26. Smarter, Faster, and Fairer Hiring with Testlify

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ABDUL R. | IT Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

Testlify stands out because it combines science-backed talent assessments with a clean, user-friendly interface that doesn’t feel overwhelming. The platform offers a wide range of pre-built tests — from cognitive ability and personality assessments to role-specific skill tests — which makes it easy to evaluate candidates objectively without spending hours creating custom evaluations from scratch

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

One potential downside of Testlify is that, while it offers a wide range of ready-made assessments, some roles may require deeper customization than what’s available out of the box. Companies with highly specialized or technical positions might find they need more flexibility in tailoring tests to match very specific job requirements

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resumes and interviews alone don’t always predict performance. Testlify uses scientifically validated tests to measure cognitive ability, personality, and job-specific skills.
Benefit: I’m more likely to hire candidates who perform well and stay longer, reducing turnover costs.

**Official Response from Anuraag Surany Raman:**

> Thank you for sharing how Testlify has benefited you. We aim to help companies make more informed hiring decisions by using scientifically validated tests to measure cognitive ability, personality, and job-specific skills.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rutvi M.

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

I found Testlify to be simple and straightforward to use. Unlike other platforms, it had an actual video from the hiring team, which added a human element and made the assessment feel less virtual. I appreciated that the video involvement included human interaction and featured questions that were well thought out. The questions required more creative problem solving, testing quick, on-the-spot thinking, which I found to be a good aspect.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

One thing was that there was no context on what kind of questions should be expected from the assessment. Reminder emails for assessments could also be sent.

Testlify is simple and straightforward to use for job assessments.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

Yeah. Like, my moment was having a cough, so it was detecting the noise, and it was showing me that don't talk. While I was not having any conversation, even when I was having a flu and I was coughing, it was showing me that you are not allowed to talk. That's the issue. It's just a minor issue.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to navigate through the questions, mark for review, and found these functionalities really useful. It helped me utilize my time efficiently.

**Official Response from Anuraag Surany Raman:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We're pleased to hear that Testlify helped you navigate through the questions and utilize your time efficiently. We understand the frustration with the noise detection feature and will take steps to address this issue for a smoother testing experience.

 ### 38. Secure and User-Friendly, But Needs Better Instructions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adriana F.

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

I really like Testlify because it's cool to use, especially with the way the test is organized. I find it easy to understand. I like that it has the timer on the top, unlike other test pages that have it at the bottom. I also appreciate the locality of the test, and I think it's a really good option. It feels really secure because of the camera and audio recording features, ensuring the right person is applying for the job.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

It would be pretty cool to have some instructions because I checked on all the series of the tests, and it doesn't have any instructions. It just takes you straight to the questions and answers. So, it would be good to have some instructions. I encountered some challenges using it on the phone, but on the computer, it's working cool.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify helps me apply for jobs effectively and securely. I really like the test's locality and security, with camera and audio recordings ensuring the right person applies.

**Official Response from Anuraag Surany Raman:**

 ### 41. Simplifies Onboarding with Multilingual Potential

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** vanessa nelly M.

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

I find Testlify to be a wonderful platform for my daily activities as a manager in customer success. It offers added value and enhances client interactions which I really enjoy. I like how easy it is to use for everyone, from teenagers to adults. It's quite easy to understand and integrates well with my daily routine and team training. I also appreciate how Testlify assists in making the settlement process smoother for my team, saving me a lot of time. Introducing my team to Testlify has been amazing because it's straightforward and effective.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

I think it can be improved to have customer guides because my native language is Spanish. The English version is amazing for me. However, it could be more useful for people if the assessments were released in both English and Spanish.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify resolves resolution problems and is an incredible tool that helps me solve all my issues at work. It's user-friendly for everyone, from teenagers to adults, which makes it easy to use daily with my team.

**Official Response from Anuraag Surany Raman:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Testlify! We're thrilled to hear that our platform has added value to your daily activities as a customer success manager. If you have any more suggestions or feedback, please feel free to reach out to us. We appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to support you and your team in your daily activities.

 ### 42. User-Friendly, But Needs a Tutorial

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fahad S. | Performance Marketer (Meta Ads)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

I like Testlify for its clear and user-friendly assessment process. Its easy navigation and well-structured test format help me understand instructions quickly and focus on the test. The well-structured test format assists me in staying organized and managing my time better during the assessment. I also find the initial setup very easy, as I only needed to open the test link.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

The overall experience was good, but I think the platform could improve by adding a short tutorial or demo before starting the test. A short tutorial or demo would help the candidates understand the test layout and navigation before starting, which reduces confusion and saves time.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify helps me showcase my skills clearly and fairly during the hiring process, providing a structured way to evaluate my knowledge. It saves time by allowing me to complete the assessment online without multiple rounds of testing.

**Official Response from Anuraag Surany Raman:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback on Testlify's clear and user-friendly assessment process. We understand your suggestion for a tutorial or demo and will take it into consideration for enhancing the user experience.

 ### 43. Intuitive and Efficient Platform for Skill Assessments

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 2K22/B14/21 M. | Undergrad Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

The GHG Protocol, developed jointly by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) and the World Resources Institute (WRI), is the most widely adopted framework for corporate carbon accounting (7). It classifies emissions into three scopes. Scope 1 covers direct emissions from a company’s own operations, such as fuel combustion in company-owned vehicles and emissions from manufacturing processes. Scope 2 includes indirect emissions from the generation of purchased electricity, steam, heating, and cooling that the reporting company consumes. Scope 3, defined under the GHG Protocol Corporate Value Chain Standard (8; 9), captures all other indirect emissions across the full value chain, including both upstream (supply-side) and downstream (demand-side) activities.

For most corporations operating in major economies such as the United States, China, and India, Scope 3 emissions account for well above 70 to 80 percent of the total corporate carbon footprint (10; 11), and this share has increased globally over the past two decades (12). Yet despite their dominance, Scope 3 emissions are often the least accurately measured and the most poorly reported. One comprehensive study of large US companies found that, on average, corporations reported less than 25 percent of their upstream Scope 3 emissions in 2013 (18). Multiple studies have also identified systematic sources of error in Scope 3 estimation methodologies (13; 14; 15; 16; 17), but quantitative analysis of the type and magnitude of these errors remains limited.

Within Scope 3, Category 4 (Upstream Transportation and Distribution) is particularly important for organisations with complex, multi-tier supply chains. The transport sector is responsible for approximately one-quarter of global energy-related CO2 emissions, and freight logistics represents a substantial share of supply chain emissions. For organisations running international procurement programmes, the choice of transport mode—air, ocean, road, or rail—can change per-shipment emissions by more than two orders of magnitude. However, corporate Scope 3 transport estimation still relies largely on spend-based emission factors, calculated by multiplying total procurement expenditure by industry-average emission intensities expressed in kilograms of CO2e per dollar of expenditure. While this approach requires minimal data collection, it can introduce substantial estimation variance by conflating real emission differences with artefacts of supplier pricing strategies, regional cost structures, currency fluctuations, and discount arrangements.

This project develops an interpretable machine learning framework to help close this measurement gap by predicting per-shipment CO2 transport emissions from financial records that organisations already maintain—specifically freight invoices, purchase orders, and supplier metadata—without requiring weight, distance, or transport mode information from multi-tier suppliers. By operating at the individual shipment level rather than the aggregate firm level, the framework aims to generate estimates with enough granularity to support operational logistics decisions such as mode selection, carrier evaluation, and route optimisation.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

Certain aspects of the platform feel somewhat rigid, particularly due to the limited options for customizing test formats and timer settings, which can be restrictive. I have also noticed occasional loading delays when dealing with more complex question types, and the range of interactive question options is somewhat limited, making the experience less flexible compared to some competitors.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify streamlines skill assessments by providing an online test platform equipped with prebuilt questions and automated scoring. This approach saves time during hiring or self-evaluation, minimizes bias, and delivers clear insights into performance. As a result, users benefit from quicker, more equitable evaluations and a better understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you find Testlify intuitive and efficient for skill assessments.

We also acknowledge your input regarding customization options and platform performance. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with our product team for continued improvement.

 ### 44. Balanced, Well-Rounded Test with Great Question Variety

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rouissi M. | Stagiaire, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

What I liked was the variety in both the aspects covered and the types of questions asked. With most tests I’ve taken, the focus tends to stay on just one side or a single type of question, but this one felt more balanced and well-rounded.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

What bothered me the most was the insufficient amount of time during the test.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Testify is solving is mainly about time management ,being able to take a test in about an hour to assess language proficiency without having to relocate.

 ### 45. Easy-to-Use Tool for Effective Interview Testing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmad Hassaan S. | Senior Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

I found Testlify to be very easy to use and handy to practice with. It provided questions related to accounting, ethics, and real-world scenarios that helped me understand my core concepts better. The questions were practical, aiding me to answer them more effectively and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

Certain conditions and specific things could be improved because Testlify does not provide a rough worksheet for solving problems that were being given.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify provides questions on accounting, ethics, and personality, helping me build core concepts and respond efficiently to interview tests.

 ### 46. User-Friendly UI with Flexible Scheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anastasia V. | Senior L&D Operations Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

I like that with Testlify, I didn't have to pick a time slot for interviews as the link was sent to me with a deadline. The UI is nice, pretty, and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate. The initial setup was good too.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

I think the tour is needed before you start the assessments, even though it's pretty clear after a few tries, buttons are located in weird places.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that Testlify doesn't require me to pick a time slot for interviews. It works by sending me a link with a deadline, which is convenient.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Flexible scheduling and a user-friendly experience are exactly what we aim for, so it’s great to hear this feedback.

We also appreciate your note on the onboarding tour and button placement insights like these help us keep improving the experience for everyone.

 ### 47. Engaging Tests, Intuitive Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayur G. | Team Lead, Entertainment, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

I have just tested Testlify for the first time and it's really, really amazing. The test was for a product designer, UI/UX position and I found it quite interesting with amazing questions that give the mind a game to run, think, and create calculative numbers in the brain. It's like sharpening our brain, and that's fantastic. I'm really happy with this kind of operation. I also like the feature of just clicking and selecting the answer, it's very specific. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, especially when checking the camera and setting up my microphone.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

I think it would be really good if there was an AI assistant on the bottom that could directly communicate with me, so I can give the answers back. At the moment, I'm reading your question and answering on that. It would be great, like a real human being is talking with me, kind of like how we're used to chatting with Charge GPT and other models nowadays. It would make it more interactive.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify makes preparing for interviews enjoyable with its engaging questions. It's easy to use with simple answer selections. The setup is straightforward, too.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you for your detailed and enthusiastic feedback. We're delighted to hear that you found the assessment engaging, thought-provoking, and easy to use.

We also appreciate your innovative suggestion regarding an AI assistant for a more interactive experience. Your idea has been shared with our product team for future consideration.

 ### 48. Dynamic Platform with a Few Flaws

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana N.

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

I think Testlify is a really dynamic platform. It's a nice way of testing more than doing just writing tests, which can be a little more boring and standardized. I really enjoyed how organized it is as a test, with clear skill sets to fill out. It made the experience really quick and clear. I also like how smooth, nice, and quick the initial setup was.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

I didn't enjoy that Testlify skips questions, jumping from one to another. This caused some questions to be unanswered because I couldn't go back to them. The skipping questions can really make a wrong move for the candidate.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Testlify as a dynamic platform for job application screening tests. It offers a more engaging testing experience than traditional writing tests. However, I faced issues with questions being skipped, which prevented me from answering some of them.

**Official Response from Anuraag Surany Raman:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Testlify. We understand your concern about the skipping questions and will take this into consideration for future enhancements to the platform.

 ### 49. Excellent for Remote and Online Interviews

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** umar k.

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

I think the feature of being reminded to prepare for the next round is great. It's very helpful for remote job interviews, saving me time and money compared to walk-in interviews. I'm very satisfied and happy with Testlify as it prevents the wasteful experience of traveling for interviews. It's particularly beneficial for any online job interview, especially in the IT sector and for those in the digital world. The initial setup of Testlify was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

In the test, there was no option to go back to the time allotted, even though we had enough time to go back. I'm not sure, maybe there was a specific reason for this, but I didn't like it if it was built that way. It wasn't really possible to open another window during the test, which I found inconvenient.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify saves me from wasting time and money on walk-in interviews, especially for remote and online jobs. I appreciate its reminder feature for test preparation, which enhances readiness for interviews.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that Testlify has been valuable for your remote interview process, saving you time and money while providing helpful reminders.

We also appreciate your input regarding the inability to go back to previous questions and the restrictions on opening other windows. These settings are typically enabled by the hiring organization to ensure assessment integrity. Your comments have been noted for internal review.

 ### 50. Intuitive and User-Friendly Assessment Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex R.

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Testlify?**

I found Testlify to be really intuitive and easy to use, which I like the most. It worked really well for me as a senior data analyst applying for a position. All the questions were professional and the tasks I had to complete were really good. The experience was very smooth and everything was clear from the beginning. The app also helped avoid scams since the time limitations made it difficult to use shortcuts like GPT solutions. The initial setup was really, really easy, and I didn't have any complications, which made me feel really happy. Compared to other applications I've tried, I think Testlify is one of the best.

**What do you dislike about Testlify?**

I had some complications at the beginning because the person who gave me the instructions didn’t give them properly. I didn't understand the task at first, but once I realized I had a thirty minutes to answer everything, I could adapt and do everything well.

**What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlify is intuitive and easy to use, with no technical issues. It makes the application process clear and manageable.

**Official Response from Testlify Support:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed feedback. We're delighted to hear that you found Testlify intuitive, professional, and one of the best assessment tools you've used.
