I felt like TestGorilla is a systemic scam. When I tried to cancel my subscription, I couldn't find the section, unlike on other platforms. It worsened when I couldn't log in anymore, and the system auto-renewed my yearly subscription. I had to reach out via email to ask for cancellation, and they said they can't cancel the account. Even after that, I still don't have login access. They failed to understand the main issue and provide solutions. The most important and recent thing that I like most in the TestGorilla platform is the analytics dashboard, which has been redesigned for more clarity and performance.
