Every task on Termite runs on a simple, transparent loop: a brand defines the task and budget, a worker picks up the mission, completes it, and submits proof such as a screenshot, link, or text confirmation. The brand reviews the proof and only releases payment once the work is approved. Budgets are held in escrow throughout, so brands pay only for verified results and workers are guaranteed payment for approved work. Especially with all the scam networks and 'earn money online' schemes. Termite is like a breath of fresh air. Legit tasks and guaranteed payment as long as you submit proof required. **What do you dislike about Termite?** Approving submitted proofs sometimes takes a while. Although, they have a 72-hour approval window for brands to review submitted proof, after which the submission would be automatically approved, waiting that long for low-hanging fruit tasks that do not require special skills or time can be discouraging especially when you were hoping to quickly make that money and use it for something urgent. **What problems is Termite solving and how is that benefiting you?** A major problem I believe they are solving is the problem of being overwhelmed.
